The second time it failed, they told me there was a policy change so I had to contact Allstate and file a claim. Over an $89 pressure washer. Costing me time and money. I told them I would do that, and request a refund, so I could purchase a different pressure washer from someone else. While I waited for my family member to get rung up, I observed another employee behind the register trying to hide the fact she was using her cell phone. Prices seemed a few dollars higher than what I am used to paying for similar items however there was a good buy one get one sale going on so that helped my budget.
