Business is good and he stays fairly busy. From my experience, a typical wait to get to the chair is about 15 minutes but even on a busy day, I've never waited more than 45 minutes. I completely understand that they required IDs but he simply could've said something along the lines of "I'm so sorry we unfortunately do require physical IDs" instead of being so fucking disrespectful and implying that I was some underage kid trying to pull one over on him. It was a very rude and uncomfortable experience. Other than that the environment did seem really nice and the other individuals also seemed kind.
