The fifth phone call to FTD finally got me a refund and the order cancelled, but I am so disappointed that the recipients didn't get what I ordered them for their anniversary. Sadly, this is the THIRD time I've tried to send flowers (each time a different florist) from TX to KY and gotten AWFUL service. I will use ProFlowers from here on out. Even though they arrive in a box, they ARRIVE. I don't understand. I try to do business with local companies and get NOTHING. Yet these are usually the same businesses complaining that the mega-companies are doing them in. Hmm. Customer service is the key.
