To make matters more challenging, I was having difficulty viewing arrangements online, and the region was experiencing severe weather. The funeral home had even warned the family that the graveside service might need to be postponed if temperatures dropped low enough for the ground to freeze. From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness and patience. The young woman who answered the phone was delightful. She explained that she was new, but she carefully relayed all of the information to the owner and made sure every detail was understood. Because I couldn't easily view arrangements online, they took the time to discuss flower selections, colors, and design options over the phone. I provided a budget range, and rather than simply charging the maximum amount, they billed me right in the middle of that range, which I felt was both honest and considerate. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and genuine care. Knowing I was out of the country and that the service date was uncertain due to weather, they offered to contact the funeral home directly before delivery to confirm whether the service was proceeding as planned. If it was postponed, they would hold the arrangement and ensure fresh flowers were delivered on the correct day. Everything was handled exactly as promised. The arrangement arrived on time, the flowers were fresh and beautiful, and my family reported that it was absolutely stunning. During a difficult time, Jeannie's Flowers provided exceptional customer service, professionalism, and compassion. Since I have lived in the Los Angeles, CA, area for almost 10 years but have family members back in…read moremy home state of WV, I have utilized Art's Flower & Gift Shop online and over the phone to ensure any flower arrangement orders I have chosen could be made on short notice, whether it has been for Mother's Day, birthdays, get-well, or other occasions. The various staff members that I have spoken to on the phone have always been very kind and straight forward with me regarding which flowers are in season, whether or not they have certain flowers in stock due to high demand or if they would be able to deliver last minute orders on time. They have come through for me every single time. They were even willing to make a special arrangement that was not shown on any of the main floral websites because a relative of mine was sick and I knew she loved specific flowers but none of the arrangements shown online offered all of those flowers together. So the staff member and/or florist made a special order for me once I explained how and why I wanted a specific arrangement. They were very professional, kind, courteous, understanding and accommodating. They also didn't charge extra for the special arrangement I requested. Once the flowers were delivered, I was able to see the arrangement when my family member sent me a photo. I was so happy that they made sure to make and deliver my order just as I requested. My family member loved that all of her favorite flowers were arranged together in such a beautiful way. There has only been one time when the flowers I ordered were accidentally delivered to another customer. But it was Mother's Day and I could understand how a mistake could have been made when there were probably hundreds of other orders to be delivered. As soon as my relative sent me a photo of what was delivered to her and I recognized that what she received was not what I had ordered, I called the store and informed them of the mistake but I also let them know that I understood how busy they were and mistakes could be made. They were very professional and immediately apologized, remade what I had ordered and still had it delivered on time to my family member. I would highly recommend Art's Flowers to anyone wanting to send their loved ones flower arrangements, gift baskets or any other type of product they offer.

Whoever is running your email needs to stop doing it, or work on their email skills. I didnt even expect a reply back today at this time. I feel blown off, like I walked in right before close and the worker ushered me out so he could clock out. Which is likely what happened via the internet as the email came at closing time. "I'm sorry, we do not do greenery rentals. We would love to still accommodate your request, we would love to talk about pricing for xyz...." And then I could've politely corrected you and said, "Oh no, I apologize, that's not what I meant. I had been at a few different events where Archer's did fern rentals, so I was inquiring about that and was also interested in purchasing greenery arrangements." That's productive business and good customer service. Dont use email if you dont know how to use it while still providing good customer service.

Service was fast and food delicious! There's so much charm and Morehead history here, it was adorable.
