The store is the most organized thrift store I have ever been in. The merchandise is incredible! All staff are very friendly and helpful. I find the prices can not be beat and the quality is outstanding. Even the store manager and assistant manager are helpful, understanding and go out of their way to assist shoppers. I have witnessed them helping elderly shoppers in the store, helping carry heavy furniture out to cars and accepting donations always with smiles on their faces. I will continue to shop here! I discussed with her that I had a…read morestrict time restraint and could not be out past six, she agreed and said she could meet after four. I agreed. I paid her for the toddler bed and the next day proceeded to ask about the address to go pick it up, she then said she couldn't meet me until after 6! I asked for a refund on my money due to not being able to receive the product and she said refunds go against her policy. She said after when I was upset that she would meet me at 4 because she wanted to empathetic towards my "sad story" which was me telling her my daughter was disabled and had to be on iv fluids by 6pm! This women is out of control! And never once apologized or offered to give me my money back for a product she didn't deliver on. I would avoid her business at all cost!

The staff member today 6/24/26 was completely rude to my daughters. We came in and went to the kids…read moresection. Immediately before the girls could even look at the toys, the lady said "don't touch anything" "toys aren't for playing." If you don't want toys touched, put them at a level kids can't reach. How are customers supposed to determine if they want them or not if we can't test them out? Then we walked into the room at the check out. There was a box full of little toys that looked like they came from happy meals. My girls found two little one inch figurines they liked. The lady kept following us from room to room. She said "those are only for paying customers." How was she to know we weren't going to buy anything? My oldest daughter asked me nicely if she could have it, but the lady interrupted the conversation and said "she can have it for a dollar." I'm sorry, what? You're going to charge me for a toy that if I buy something they would get for free? Her whole attitude towards us was completely disrespectful. Before we could even finish looking around I decided to leave the establishment because I don't think they deserve our business or any business from parents with kids. Instead we spent our money at another shop near by and my daughters were offered something for free there before we even opened the door. Go support Street Love Ministries before coming here.
