They most certainly don't deserve the time and energy you've spent earning the income you may have wanted to deposit in their business. Since they want only "their kind" to shop there, let them continue to make sprinkles of business instead of waterfall amounts. I recently went in here to explore gift options for a birthday surprise and was met by the most rude and unprofessional business representatives. More importantly, don't expect to get higher quality service from the owners because they are exactly who we overheard speaking extremely disrespectful to an African-American finance representative that came in to extend an opportunity to them per their referring preferred finance company. I heard the husband co-owner mention to the African-American male representative that they don't want to explore or extend finance options for all financial situations because they pride themselves on either the customer can afford it or not. They were so nasty in their demeanor to not even hear out what the young man had to say. They presented themselves in a way that spoke volumes about who they prefer to extend service to. Since their mannerisms was indicative of only wanting to appease to a certain group of people, I immediately left without the desire of ever returning or referring ANYBODY else to this undersirable place of business. The overall and most ridiculous matter about this unimaginable situation concerning the awful encounter we experienced seeing, was, more so the fact that the husband and wife co-owners are equally uncouth and unscrupulous human beings. They should understand by now that All money is green, but when you are under-educated to know how repetitive business helps you to sustain and maintain the continuation of business, you find out the harsh way. I went for a jewelry repair (I should've went to icebox) where it was purchased. However, I went to repair a bracelet, and the same day I picked it up, I had the same issue (but it seems like in more places). I was out of my jewelry for so long I wanted to trust that it was inspected and done right. Long story short. I lost the bracelet. I trusted the repair was done right. I wasted my money on the repair and will never have my bracelet back.

Figured they were just busy- so the next month I called in the refill. Never heard back so two days later we went to pick it up- once again- not filled. Had to wait thirty minutes for them to have it ready. This past month, I called ahead a week early... never received notice that it was ready so called back and they told me I was requesting it to early and it could not be filled. So we waited until he had one pill left and had to wait for an hour for them to fill it! So ridiculous! I will be moving his script to the Athens Kroger since I work in Athens and get my meds there. It's always so easy- I call it in, and get a text when it's ready! Kroger Loganville needs to get their stuff together!

Now when I go to the doctor, it takes me 4 to 5 days for my prescriptions to be filled. I'm not a pill popper, no "pain meds" mainly my blood pressure meds...I'm on several but all of a sudden.....(last 6 months), I've had to wait more than 4 days to have my prescriptions ready. Seems like there's enough people in the pharmacy that they should be able to fill and dispense prescriptions in a timely manner....when ever I go, I'm usually in line out side for more than 45 minutes just to gather my medicine. If I go in, I stand in line and watch the employees come in and out, for about the same amount of time before some kid gives me a crappy attitude when I just want what my doctor called in for me. This Kroger has really gotten to be a crappy place to buy groceries, they don't stock the store like they used to, they can't do their jobs like they used to..It's easier to find help in the always changing produce section than it is to have your prescriptions given to you in a timely matter. I try not to run out of medicine, but sometimes that's not an easy thing to do. Get on the ball Kroger....I'm thinking I need to make a change. Just wanted anybody thinking about using this Kroger to have your prescriptions filled, think again....and look elsewhere if you want your prescriptions in a timely manner.
