I was at Branches for over a month. Worst experience ever. Most of the women staying there were…read morethieves. 2 of them sold drugs right out of the house. Staff was horrible I was screamed at cussed out and shoved down a flight of stairs. I've had one surgery because of this I still have a other to go. The employee is still there. I watched people drop off donations and the people in the office kept it all. They give nothing to the women staying there. I came from a home were I had a decent income so I had no state assistance. There provide nothing to drink very little to eat. I ended up so dehydrated and had a severe kidney infection. I left on my own Now I live in my car It is hard to do at my age. I was at Branches because my abuser shot me 3 times but I survived. For now anyway.​​

Items are not as described and it takes forever to get a response from this Goodwill. I have bought many items from different good wills online and have never had TERRIBLE customer service until dealing with this one!!
