I stayed in the waiting room with my younger daughter, trusting they'd follow what we agreed to. Instead, the dentist extracted 8 teeth without my consent, asking my son--a child--if he wanted "all of them out." He thought they meant the 4 we discussed. My son was traumatized and in serious pain, and I was charged for all 8 extractions. This was a complete violation of trust and parental rights. We will never return. Parents, be warned.

It wasn't just about teeth, but the way your whole head works together with your teeth and affects the quality of your health. I'll go over my first visit so you can get an idea of how thorough the office runs. And this is even before my first cleaning, which I scheduled for next week. The first appointment involved X-rays and an evaluation. They took a panaramic X-ray which went all the way around my head, and then the standard X-ray where they make you bite down on a piece of plastic. Then they checked the gums and took pictures of each tooth. They explained how my bite is causing two of my bottom teeth to wear away and how that might cause other problems with my molars. They even showed an animation to illustrate the problem and compared it to video of my teeth. I was told to wear a night guard at night and how that might relieve the wear on my teeth and even reduce headaches in the morning. No one has ever taken the time to really evaluate all aspects of my teeth and the relationship that might have with my overall health. Overall, the reception desk was extremely friendly and informative. The dental assistant was honest, helpful, and caring, offering me advice about my breath, cavities, whitening, and just life in general. Joseph was also very kind and offered great advice. I have always loved her, but this weekend, she went above and beyond. While on vacation out of state, I had immense tooth pain and didn't know what to do. I called her emergency line and spoke with her directly! She got me started on antibiotics, helped me plan next steps, and called an oral surgeon to get me in right away. I spoke to her while in South Carolina, after I flew home, and all the way through my procedure with the oral surgeon. I would have been lost without her. Dr. Soares is an exceptional dentist. The hygienist, Spencer, seemed inexperienced--water was spraying everywhere, and everything moved at a snail's pace. The equipment was outdated; the x-ray machine looked like it belonged in a museum. What was most frustrating was that instead of using the time to finish the job, Spencer spent 15 minutes explaining why he couldn't complete the cleaning. To top it off, you won't even see the actual dentist unless Spencer can't handle something, and when he tries to explain things, it's confusing and unclear. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Front desk unprofessional, play phones, and won't check your insurance properly at all. Comparing my past experience in other clinics, don't come here.

We knew eventually we would need to have a veneer or crown placed on her tooth but since she is only 8 we weren't ready for that step. I expressed how my daughter puts on a strong face and pretends not to mind when classmates and friends ask her why her front tooth is yellow... Everytime I would hear this conversation it would break my heart... wondering if it would effect her self esteem and scar her emotionally and not just physically. Without even hesitating Dr Krosser told me to bring her in the following morning and he would do his best to correct the color in the least invasive way possible.
