The website is clear and accessible. It was very easy to schedule with them -- I got a call back first thing Monday morning to the message I left, and was able to set up a 1st time deep cleaning about 2 weeks out. All the documentation came through via email, with a clear guide of what we should do ahead of time to have a good experience. Rachel showed up right on time, cheery at 8 am and happy to meet my pup at the door. She got right to work, checked in when she had a question a couple times, and after 4 hours the house was looking clean and shiny and smelling great! Had to reach out to support to find my self frustrated with the bot before asking for live agent . Then when I get connected, I'm being told I never had an account for the app. I shared I have been using the app since 2018 and have my log in credentials saved. I continue to be told I don't but it can be set up . Then the guy tells me the username already exists and I have to use a different name . Like hello I just said I have used this account since 2018.
