I've been a patient at Women's Wellness MD since November 2025 & I am SOOO grateful I found this practice. As a Black woman- finding a Black GYN who made me feel genuinely cared for meant more to me than I can fully explain. I saw Dr. Okasi and immediately felt comfortable. She's professional, knowledgable, but most importantly patient & thorough. I've also been seen by Brittany Abbate, PA, for my annual this week, and she was phenomenal. She was professional, gentle, attentive and soooo informative on next steps that made the most sense. Lastly I truly appreciate Sami in the front office. I haven't met her in person to get a chance to really tell her this but she is a GEM! she's always quick in communication, emails, and text messages for any questions/ anything appt related. I truly feel like I finally a practice I've been praying for. I highly recommend Women's Wellness MD to anyone looking for compassionate professionals. I went in for my annual, having changed from my old doctor. Filled out the new patient forms and waited. MD seemed nice as we chatted a bit. I remember telling Dr. Okasi to please use the small speculum before the exam. She nodded yes but said nothing verbally. As soon as the speculum was opened, I let out such a scream! I'm sure people in the waiting room and other parts of the office heard me, especially since this office has walls that don't connect to the ceiling (open concept). At no time did she comfort me, nothing like "breathe. Take a deep breath" or "are you ok? It's almost over". Nothing at all! I truly suspect she used the large speculum. Maybe she didn't like being told what to use. All I know is I've never yelled liked that in any of my previous examinations with other MDs. I was so embarrassed to the point that I apologized after the exam. And I shouldn't have, thinking back. Why did I apologize for pain inflicted upon me? That's why I wanted the smaller speculum! After getting in my car, I said to myself I'm never coming back here. Dr. Okasi's bedside manner was so so poor, to say the least. And the staff is not memorable. Believe what your patients tell you. We know our bodies more than you do. And if something doesn't make sense, then ask us questions for clarification. read more

I was referred to this facility by my primary care physician and scheduled an appointment. After receiving a confirmation call, I was informed that I would need to pay for a service that my insurance had already confirmed would be covered, so I decided to cancel the appointment. However, 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I received a call stating that the copay was not necessary and that the previous information was incorrect. I was told that I could still come in for my appointment, so I did, as I was only 12 minutes away. Upon arrival, I noticed that the facility appeared outdated and poorly maintained, which made me question the quality of the testing. In the exam room, the chair looked like it hadn't been updated in decades, which caused me to question the quality and cleanliness. They used a basic Amazon scale to take my weight. Nothing up to my standard in a matter of 10 minutes. Within the appointment I requested a specific test that should have been included, but I was informed that there would be an additional charge. At this point, I declined further service and left, as I had already suspected they might try to upcharge for every service without regard for patient care. Unfortunately, my suspicions were confirmed when I later received a $35 bill for leaving. I strongly do not recommend this facility. It seems more focused on profit than on patient care. Instead of charging unnecessary fees, perhaps they should invest in updating their equipment. Might I add, no service was provided. I asked the nurse to confirm any charges before changing into the paper gown and having any service provided. read more

If you prefer an impersonal physician with little regard for your time, then this is the doctor's office for you. Long wait times are the norm here. The front desk staff need more customer service training as they feel they can speak any way they want to you but when you check them, then there's a problem! And, the doctor will always side with them regardless of their ineptness. In addition, they charge a fee to use their credit/debit card machine. Aren't those costs part of owning a business? Why pass that fee on to your patients? Oh! I get it...greed! There are better OB/GYN offices in Howard County that will respect their patients and not just their wallets. Avoid! read more

Horrible!!!! I scheduled an appointment after being in desperate need of women's care. I saw the commercial and was hopeful that I could trust this physician. I made the appointment then reviewed more reviews. Once I saw the negative reviews called to cancel the appointment. The automated system told me I could cancel by phone. A few days went by I called back and was put on hold for 7 mins then told the appointment was canceled. A few days past and I received a notification about my appointment. I called again and was told the appointment was canceled and I would not be charged. I received an invoice today saying my account was past due. Called talked with Sam who was very rude and explained the situation. He told me he was following the policy which stated as a no show I would be believed $35z I was not a no show, I canceled the appointment a week in advance. He continued to argue with me. I need healthcare not stress. This is HORRIBLE!!! They don't even deserve a star. read more

If I could give this provider a score lower than 1, I would. As a FL resident, my longtime OBGYN (Women's Center of Excellence) is in Florida and offers massage chairs, coffee/tea, fresh baked cookies, and a separate play-room for children while waiting; they also have individually decorated patient rooms and vessel sinks, free pads/tampons, and boutique NC soaps in the bathrooms. I was sad to not be back in FL at the time of my annual women's wellness visit but I figured that since I'm also in MD part-time and my insurance listed this provider as an eligible all-women practice, this would be similar and align with the high standards of my previous care. I was severely mistaken. My experience at Women's Wellness MD, particularly with Dr. Chetanna Okasi, was profoundly disappointing and concerning, leading to significant medical and personal distress. On May 5, 2025, my women's wellness visit involved the recording of inaccurate information in my medical chart, specifically regarding my Review of Systems (ROS). Despite explicitly reporting numerous symptoms including joint pain, back pain, headaches, muscle weakness, depression, anxiety, neuropathy, abdominal/ovary pain, swollen lymph nodes, weight gain, insomnia, anemia, hot flashes, fatigue, chills, hormonal changes, neck pain, ovary pains, and heavy menses, the records incorrectly state I was "feeling well." Crucial details about a painful breast lump and ongoing physical therapy for various cervical and lumbar pains were also omitted. The billing was also strange in that I was charged for a diagnosis I was never informed of nor treated for. I paid for what should have been a free appointment (women's wellness visits are free under my plan) because essentially, this practice padded the bill by adding codes that force a payment from the patient. I called my insurance company to confirm that this practice billed them diagnosis codes BEFORE I had even seen the doctor, which is why there was a copay to pay on the first day I arrived (May 5, 2025). How is it is possible to receive a diagnosis when I have not even been examined? In total, I have been asked to pay 3 times (the latest invoice was sent to me today July 2, 2025 despite no visits or communication and I will not be paying that) without an explanation for the charges or even a service rendered. Dr. Okasi ordered a highly invasive and disturbing procedure performed on May 23, 2025, without explaining what it entailed. I was informed it would be an abdominal ultrasound, but it was not. It was a transvaginal ultrasound. As a rape victim, this procedure involving unprovoked vaginal insertion without warning or explanation proved to be traumatic and deeply distressing. As an trained and armed law enforcement officer, I had to exercise great restraint to not immediately eliminate the threat causing me grievous bodily harm. Following this horrific experience that brought me to tears on the parking lot sidewalk after I left, I was referred to other specialists for uterine operation(s). Those medical professionals independently concluded that the initial diagnosis by Dr. Okasi was INCORRRECT and that the procedure performed she wanted them to be perform was NOT the appropriate method for the detection or treatment of my actual condition. This confirms a serious MISDIAGNOSIS. Between May 29 - June 18, I have repeatedly attempted to resolve these issues directly with Dr. Okasi and Women's Wellness MD, requesting corrections to my medical records and clarification on the discrepancies. Despite my urgent communications (including a detailed email sent on June 10, 2025), my concerns have gone unaddressed and the records remain uncorrected as of July 2, 2025. The lack of attention to accurate medical documentation, the misdiagnosis, the failure to properly inform about an invasive procedure, and the unresponsiveness to my attempts at correction are unacceptable. On July 7, 2025, this provider sent me an invoice despite no appointment or services being rendered and has refused to explain or revoke it. I have filed a complaint against this provider with all agencies. I strongly advise potential patients to exercise extreme caution and do NOT use this provider. read more

I visited Dr. Okasi for a fibroid diagnosis and treatment. Her bedside manner is humorous, light-hearted, and kind. She made me feel comfortable, and she gave me valuable advice for my ongoing fertility journey. Dr. Okasi referred me to a Gyn surgeon for my fibroid removal, but she did conduct a blood test and performed my annual pap. My two-week virtual follow-up was performed by NP Jasmine, who was very engaging, gentle, and informative. A pleasant experience all around! read more

I wanted to find a good OBGYN physician that cared about their patients (especially women of color!), have good bedside manner and truly listen and are concerned about their patients. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE read the reviews, specifically the lower ratings! Beware!!! If there is a positive review, it is more than likely a new patient who does not know this place well just yet! (I thought it was 4/5 stars my first visit as well...ugh!) I have visited this doctor maybe 4-5 times. The first few times were ok. The physician, Dr. Okasi will portray a good impression on your first few visits with her and then things will change over time. I have not been to this doctor in awhile due to living in another county! I recently scheduled a visit due to wanting a second opinion. I visited Dr. Okasi and after the visit she threw me off to her other staff to make a follow-up. So, I was looking like ok. She said she would be out of office the week I needed to return (She was actually there!). That's cool... I did a follow-up and it was a different doctor than who I was scheduled with. Ok.. long story short, it was a waste of time. I missed work and wasted gas! This visit could have been addressed via phone call! Next, I had to schedule another visit. Went in to see Dr. Brittany. Literally, the worse visit ever! I do not think she even know what she was talking about. She did an exam and sent the labs off for the wrong labs! I received the results and she did not even retest for what she was supposed to retest for! So, I proceeded to contact the office numerous times and completely getting ignored. Which was so weird! I just wanted to know what was going on. I recently contacted the office for Dr. Okasi. No returned call or email. Something told me to check the most recent reviews. Upon checking the latest reviews on this doctor's office. Numerous patients have posted they have experience very similiar behavior/issues from the doctors and staff. Even down to misleading/incorrect testing and results! YIKES, scary!!! I even read some comments regarding Dr. Brittany may not be a real doctor!? WOW! So this worried me. Further reviews showed the doctors and nurse practitioners not being concerned about the patients but, more so worried about getting paid and billing patients to gain more money out of the patients! I also notices some reviews stated the positive reviews could be the staff! Yikes!!! As far as her staff, all I have to say about this is... The staff are basically there because they may need a job! The staff do not smile, half-way greet you, don't follow-up for scheduled appointments etc. This is not your traditional OBGYN. If you are looking for great customer service, concerned doctors and good experiences. You will not 100% get that here. This is wrong on so many levels! Ladies, please be careful! I noticed some reviews stated how some rooms in the office were unsanitary! The rooms I were in during my visit did look suspect. I was only examined about 3 times out of my visits here. In the past, Dr. Okasi was not like this nor were her offices raggedy! As I mentioned, I haven't been here in awhile! So things have changed and it looks like her staff has not kept up with her offices. I had a truly disappointing experience with Dr. Okasi staff. Despite scheduling an appointment, I found myself repeatedly needing additional visits, each time being told it was necessary due to insurance requirements that I wasn't allowed to perform my wellness check up and IUD placement in the same visit. When I originally booked my appointment i was told thst this is something i could do. And let's not even get started on the front desk staff - their rudeness was the cherry on top of this dreadful experience. They are very rude and act as if you are getting rude with them when trying gain clarification of the services or even something as little as scheduling and appointment. Had billing issues seeing this provider. Went in for a first patient visit and since I disclosed my previous health history it was coded as a problem visit by their office. I asked for birth control and was scheduled for a follow up visit a week later only for them to take my blood pressure and ask how I was feeling on the BC resulting in another problem visit charge. I felt like I shouldnt have been asked to come in for a visit for that and could have been instructed to call back with any issues. This wellness visit and follow up cost me upwards of $300-400 with insurance already included. When calling their billing to get it sorted they said since I talked about my previous health history and came back for a "problem visit" there was nothing I could do. This experience made me wary that this provider may not have my best interest in mind and instead is more focused on the business of healthcare. It was very discouraging as someone who just wanted to get on track with regular health preventative/wellness care. read more

Then, in the appointment she told me I should get tested as well for STI which I was not looking for but she says I should take advantage of the money I payed for the consult. which made me understand that the price was already included so I agreed. Dr Okasi was actually a good doctor to me until recently. Her office girls are just disrespectful and nothing to write home about. I was charged unnecessarily for a routine annual physical. A week later, I was scheduled for the removal of my IUD today 06/06/2020. I got there right at 8.30 for my appointment and I was out by 8.50. I tried to have a conversation with her on what to expect now that the IUD is out but she turned her back to me and walked right out of the door. I have never felt soo embraced and confused in my whole life. I regret recommending my friend to her because I will never be going back to that office ever in my life. Dr. Okasi herself and the other medical staff at her practice are super nice and made me feel very comfortable, so it's a shame that I won't be coming back here. I had to cancel an appointment last month as I discovered that her office doesn't accept my new insurance. The girl at the desk made no mention that I would be billed a $35 cancellation fee, which I quietly received yesterday. Dr. Okasi's office is extremely quick to bill you a cancellation fee, but will make no moves to rectify overpayment. They allowed me to overpay over $30 for an appointment and didn't acknowledge it until I helpfully pointed it out to them. This office will nickel and dime you for no good reason ... I hope the $3 was worth this 1 star review. Friendly OBGYNS are a dime a dozen, so I would look elsewhere if you value your money. read more

I was told I'd be seeing Dr. Okasi but I had someone else, Kacie. This review doesn't pertain to Dr. Osaki herself, but it does reflect on her practice. If someone says something is traumatic for them, no matter how silly or trivial you may think it is, you don't say "get over it." Without getting into too much detail, I don't think the doctor I saw has much mental health experience (She told me my panic attacks aren't "harmful" to me). They just wanted me in and out as quickly as possible, and I didn't feel like the doctor cared about me in the slightest. I also wanted to discuss some pain I was experiencing (like to the point of passing out), but it was brushed off as regular period pain. No compassion or anything. When asked about an STI screening I said no, but the doctor did it anyway. The screening itself is not a big deal, but the action showed how little they cared about anything I had to say. If you want to form a connection with a doctor and speak freely about your body, look elsewhere. read more

My last review was over 6yrs ago so I have to provide an update. Dr. Okasi has since opened another practice in Greenbelt, MD. This is why most reviewers state that they never see her; but instead, a PA named Colby. This has also been my experience. My biggest issue is that they (Okasi included) refuse to provide clear & meaningful ROUTINE test (lab or otherwise) results WITHOUT a follow-up appoint. When you call the office to receive your results, the front office staff tells you that you need to use the patient portal. However, the diagnoses or test results are so vague that you are still confused. This is when you reach out again, then you are told that you need to make an appointment to receive the results. I had this happen to me last year. I was made to request a telehealth visit in order to receive the results. This time, I actually saw (over video) Okasi. The most recent time was just about 2 weeks ago. This situation has me much more perturbed. I went in for a ROUTINE issue. I saw the PA Colby. I was examined. At the end of the examination, Colby sent to my pharmacy 2 different medications; each treating a different problem. This was PRIOR to receiving definitive lab results. Before picking up the prescriptions, I went online to the patient portal to find out what the diagnosis was (so that I could pick up the CORRECT medication). The language used to describe the diagnosis was vague at best. It could have been as simple as an infection, or as bad as an STD (which I know it isn't). When I called the office, I was told I needed to come in to receive the results; but that Colby would call me back. I have since called back 2 times requesting this information & have yet to receive a call back. This is all in an attempt to bill the insurance & have the patient pay a co-pay or deductible. Basically it is just another scheme to make more money. However, failure to provide a patient with timely & accurate lab results is considered MALPRACTICE. Stay away from this practice in COLUMBIA or elsewhere. read more

Last time when I visit, doctor was late for 45 mins and when I complained she told me that she have other patients too and she's a good doctor who would like to be there for her patients. Every refill requires an in person visit. Dr. Okasi is that awful. I was only allowed to speak to the nurse, who performed my Pap smear. I was never informed that I would be seeing someone else, just out of training. My insurance covers an exam performed by a doctor. My husband is a doctor. People ask me all the time for recommendations. I always warn them to stay away from this practice because the doctor and staff are disrespectful. When I complained to my insurance company about the fact that I requested an appointment with the doctor and was not informed that I would be seeing someone else, she lied and said that her office manager called me in advance to notify me. She put that in her written response. I simply asked if I could ask the doctor a question, given that it was my ONE & ONLY appointment for the year. Could I wait for her or have her call me on the phone at some later point in time? No. Her office manager threw me out, literally told me to leave and walked me to the front door. How very unprofessional. In all my years of seeing physicians and 30 years of living in Howard County, I have never seen such a ghetto practice. Ladies, run! Dr. Okasi is extremely unprofessional. 1) She did not listen to my concerns and I left with unanswered questions. 2) She made me feel like having a heavy period was disgusting and not normal. 3) I have been to her 4-5 times and EVERY single time, she tries to force IUD on me. And questions why I don't want it/why I prefer the pill. Going on to tell me that the patient before me had an unplanned pregnancy and that I should get the IUD. There are other things/comments made, but bottom line is that I will not be going back to her. She is not a nice person and I felt so sad and uncomfortable leaving the office. read more

Loved this when I FIRST started going there. Okasi is funny and friendly. BUT - started realizing I was just a number- she would pop in and out of the office before I could even ask any questions. Healthcare isn't the priority- any time I would ask for anything extra, they would remind me my insurance might not pay for that, etc. instead of considering my request and interest in my health status. Then - after seeing Okasi a few times- an NP or PA - or someone else- would show up for the appointment, without them notifying me in advance. They went through a change in the front office staff and stopped returning calls and would put you on VERY LONG holds. I canceled an appt. after I got new insurance through work and let them know I couldn't come to this office any longer - also left it on a voicemail - and front office LIED and said I did not call. They sent me a NO SHOW bill. I called to ask for it to be taken off and they refused and had snarky attitudes- telling me they needed to ask the doctor. If I could give this place negative ten stars I would. First of all I have two fibroids the size of grapefruits that they failed to tell me about for years. Dr Okasi was scheduled to perform my Myomectomy and her office couldn't get the time, dates and whether my procedure was a out/inpatient procedure correct. When I called to clarify I was yelled at by the receptionist Marie. Dr Okasi gave me a call and spoke to me in the most condescending, rude, disgusting manner. Then proceeded to tell me that my surgery will be cancelled because "she is a spiritual woman and can not wk in confusing situations." Mind you my surgery is scheduled on Monday and her unprofessional self canceled it on Thursday. The worst of all of this I have been a patient of two years and never would've thought she'd stoop this low. I'll pray for her and her incompetent staff. read more

Please run so far away from this place. Just to get BC refill it took them a long time to tell me if I need to see the doctor or not. The receptionists are lost in the sauce and the doctor who runs this practice is never to be seen. The referrals is supposed to be signed by the doctor or NP, but they were signed by the receptionist. This place is sketchy and definitely unethical, you'll have to call the office like 10 times to even get an appointment because the receptionists all have different answers. I had an appointment scheduled eventually, but when I called the office for the virtual link they said they had no appointment for me. Please don't trust them to care about you or your gynecological needs. Run run far far away from this unstable practice. They will never give you a straight answers every time you call. read more

I searched for a provider for some time and was excited to get an appointment for this particular provider. At arrival, I was charged a fee and when I mentioned "wellness visits" should be free per my insurance was told- "that's just what she does"...this was not your average co pay amount either-1st Red Flag! For the actual appointment I was not seen by Dr. Okasi whom I had researched and made the conscience decision to be seen by but an NP. Later in the week, then received a call regarding test results that turned out to be inaccurate. The stress alone was Horrible but more disappointing was that the Dr. Okasi herself did not call with the sensitive results in case there were questions/concerns but had an assistant relay the information. The worst experience with a doctor - EVER. I was shamed for not wanting children and lectured me about how her husband didn't want kids and made it my problem. This woman is horrible! I went there for an interview and she expected great images from this old, very old, non-diagnostic ultrasound machine. It has to be from the 80's! So, she's using this old, disgusting piece of machinery to diagnose your health problem? I would not trust her with my health. And, I first-hand witnessed her rushing patients out of there! She doesn't take her time . And to top it all off? She actually made fun of a 46 year-old patient for saying she wished she was pregnant! When I tell you I love Dr.Okasi? As previous reviews have stated she really cares and that's hard to find. At first when I started seeing her last year I was really put off with all the personal questions and that's when I realized that's what she needs to HELP YOU. I love that she's a solo practitioner because I know everytime something happens that she is the same doctor that I'll see. She knows my chart she knows my history and she cares about my health. Will you wait a little sometimes? Of course! Seeing a solo practitioner means that there is only one doctor and if there is a problem you'll have to wait a few minutes. Also keep in mind that she tries to be as timely as possible but doesn't rush you. I REALLY appreciate how honest she is with referrals. That's rare these days as many doctors like to keep you to themselves. Dr. Okasi will listen to what you need/want and make an honest referral based on that. First two visit..I was treated by one of the nurse being told she was Okasi. When I went there third time..I met Okasi for the first time ..I was in shock!! She was sooo unfriendly ..she didn't even let me finish my question..and she left out saying " next patient " ....WORST DOCTOR EVER !! read more

I visited the Columbia Office a week ago. They were very unprofessional. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

This woman is a wolf in sheep's clothing. She lied and told me my papsmear was at risk for cancer. She refused to return my calls after she literally scared me with her false claim. After going to a second doctor to get another opinion, the second doctor looked at the results sheet and said that I was NEVER at risk due to the results. My second papsmear concluded that I do NOT have cancer and was never at risk. This woman lied and continued to charge me for bogus charges. BEWARE!!!!! read more

Listen up ladies... I've been to my fair share of OB-GYN's, who always play the "we only provide the best medical attention" & "we have the best bedside manner" card(s) but Dr. Chetanna Okasi is true to these mottos. She is sweet, well-mannered, knowledgeable, encouraging and down right awesome. Went in for my annual this morning and although my wait was a little longer than I had anticipated, the receptionist Keesha (spelling on that one?) was super attentive and friendly. The check-in process and paperwork went smoothly and had no hang-ups handling new patient paperwork. When I was greeted by Dr. Okasi she was friendly and her smile was warm and inviting. Visiting a new doctor can be a bit nerve-wracking so I was a bit hesitant as to what to expect from her as a doctor and from her establishment. But she sat me down first to ask me questions about myself, my past history, and mostly what it is that I do in my spare time. Dr. Okasi was generally interested in me as both a patient and individual and very encouraging of her women patients. The visit couldn't have gone more smooth and I am highly impressed by the professional and comfortable bedside manner that I received. I think this is one doctor I can count on to have the best intentions of providing great care and medical attention to all her patients, but especially myself! read more

If I could put zero stars I would. I found this doctor for my daughter because the website says she works with people that suffer with very bad periods and associated problems. My daughter was on the Depo Provera shot for her issues which was NOT working well for her. She had constant bleeding (for months and months after being on it almost a year). We found this doctor. She switched my daughter to a pill and wanted to monitor her and get some consistency back with periods. The second visit was virtual with a NP not the doctor, a couple months ago (they did not give her a new prescription at this visit). When a new prescription was needed the pharmacy reached out to the doctor's office, but the new prescription was NOT sent in. They tried again - no response. My daughter started calling. She was told EVERY time "I will send this message on to the doctor". NO response, no prescription. The day that my daughter was out of the last dose and needed to start a new pack I started calling also, got the same "I will pass this on to the provider." Towards the end of the day (I had called a few times), my daughter called AGAIN. She was told she could not get a new prescription without a new office visit (and of course they could not see her that day). This would completely undermine the consistency she had been trying to get with the new medication and her cycle!!! I could NOT believe it. Why did the doctor just ignore the messages?? I jumped through hoops that afternoon calling anyone I could think of for help and FINALLY got her her prescription almost 8:30 that night. Then next day Okasi called in a prescription for some medication - NOT what my daughter is on - something different. Not in time, no phone call, no explanation, is this okay to switch to just like that?? Too late anyway. Daughter will NOT go back to this doctor. Can't get much more UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! read more

When I made the appointment I asked if I would be able to get an ultrasound of my ovaries during my appointment. I was told yes, but that did not happen. I saw Kacie and asked several questions trying to understand PCOS and next steps if my ultrasound and/or blood work came back abnormal. Every 2-3 years, I've had my hormone levels checked and they have always returned with normal results. Therefore, I was trying to understand what a bad ultrasound could mean. Rather than providing information, Kacie Dunn, the Nurse Practitioner, provided condescending responses. Kacie responded as if I and my questions were a burden to her and I considered walking out of the appointment. As I expected, my ultrasound showed several cysts and suggests PCOS. I still don't know what this means for my fertility, precautions that I should take or next steps. I have to now find another GYN who will offer the care and education I was hoping to receive. I spoke to my sister, a Nurse Practitioner, about my experience and she mentioned the billing. Although I made the appointment with the intention of discussing my abnormal periods, the aid asked if I wanted to have a women's health visit. I agreed. My sister suggested that I shouldn't have paid a co-pay because of the women's health visit. She mentioned that her office tries really hard not to be "sneaky" and charge patients a co-pay when preventative care service is added. They instead issue a refund or credit. I inquired about the same protocols for my visit, hoping for a refund or credit. As expected, the sneaky tactic that my sister mentioned indeed happened to me. Long story short, I thought my visit was an example of the difficulties that patients often face when trying to find competent medical professionals and receive answers to their questions. I should note that Dr. Okasi called to address the issues with Kacie and the misinformation received from the front desk when scheduling the appointment. She was apologetic. However, after a number of bad experiences, I'd rather not deal with the office or its staff again. read more
