He greeted me warmly, asked about my trip, and immediately made the stop feel personal and welcoming. He even offered to finish my pump and hang it up for me if I wanted to go inside. What stood out the most was how attentive and present the staff were. As a single female traveling alone, it felt reassuring to have employees outside, aware, and engaged -- not in a pushy way, but in a genuine "we're here to help" way. It's rare to get that kind of customer service at gas stations these days. Friendly, safe, clean, and above-and-beyond service. I'll definitely stop here again on future drives through Beaver!

When making my purchase I politely let the staff member know that there was no soap in the women's restroom. She said "I know. We're out." This convenience store that sells food to be consumed on the road or on site was not the least bit concerned that everyone who went in to and out of their women's restroom was spreading germs. We can hope that the Covid pandemic is over, but from it we did learn the importance of hand washing. I looked for hand sanitizer that I could buy or use, but couldn't see any. I was grateful that I had sanitizing hand wipes in my car. Needless to say, I did not purchase any of their self-service food or drink options.
