I am absolutely done with this Chevron how hard is it to have paper outside at the gas pumps when you have small kids you don't want to haul them inside the store to get a receipt after purchasing a car wash every time I come to this gas station I have to go inside to either pay or get a receipt. This Chevron location appears newly updated. The gas pumps are clean, screens in good condition, and the process to get gas here is seamless. The blacktop around the parking lot is new and there are 8 pumps so 16 spaces! Each gas pump has its own garbage can next to it with paper towels and a squeegee for washing your windshield. Everything inside is clean and well stocked, and they have a Mr.Pickles attaches to the building with tons of seating outside. Definitely what you expect when you pay Chevron premiums read more

We stopped at this location on our way passing through town to grab a quick snack! The cashier literally didn't say a single word, grabbed our item we were purchasing rang it up but didn't even bother saying the total. My husband attempted to make small talk and he just nodded when we left .. definitely wouldn't recommend stopping through this specific chevron! stopped to get snacks at the extra mile store at the cheveron. in there for less than 5 mins and the guy working the cashier snapped his finger at us and told us if we can "go more quick" i understand it's 12 at night but do you even want us to buy anything then? why stay open if you're gonna be like that. it's not like we were in there for really long either literally id say we were in there for 3 mins top. read more

I decided to stop here because it was off the beaten path, so glad i did! ~ Lots of pumps and it wasn't crazy busy when i stopped. ~ Clean bathroom! ~ Plenty of tp, butt gaskets, hand soap, paper towels AND a garbage can by the door! Nice , new, clean, great location, really helpful customer service but the number one reason why I come here is to get gas and unfortunately this location is the highest priced location in the vicinity, are the gas prices so high here because it's helping pay for the building construction? I'll keep waiting and hoping for lower priced gas as I would be a regular but when I save more at Quick Stop, it's a No Brainer. read more

Despite COVID receipt paper seems to always be out at the pump requiring you to go in and be handed a receipt. I stop here regularly and often get a car wash as well. But usually regret it as I have to go in to get the receipt. Not a huge hassle but as I stop at chevrons all over it seems like this one is below standards. read more

Walked in there around 1:50 pm today with a smile on my face and greeted the 2 cashiers there...no hello or anything. They looked at each other as if they were annoyed I had greeted them. I work retail and I am huge on customer service and that was not even 1 out 10. I love Chevron, gas quality is great and the store is always clean. But the customer service makes me not want to go to this particular one. The appearance of one of the cashiers was terrible for being the face of the business as well. Not all cashiers are like that there but one of the girls there is always rude. Did not feel valued at all. At least a smile would be nice. read more

Do not get your car washed here. I paid $9 to get my car washed through their brand new car wash and not only did it not dry it correctly, but it didn't rinse it either. I went inside to explain what happen and the cashier called the manager on duty who is very rude and could care less that my car didn't come out clean. He told me he could not do anything about it and I should call the 1800 number on the car wash. So you're telling me you will take my payment for the car wash, but if there is a problem it's my problem? What a rip off. If this happen at any other car wash they would have let me go through the wash again. At least. Instead I had to deal with a crappy, cocky, power trip manager who thinks he is God. Whatever, I won't be spending any $ at this chevron ever again, whether on gas or any other services, and I will also let everyone I speak to know how they operate. read more

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest convenience store I have ever visited! Everyone from the manager to the cashiers are accessible and extremely helpful. In regards to the previous review, I have never had an issue with the car wash and visit it on a weekly basis. I have had the privilege to get to know the staff and the review sounds uncharacteristic of any manager or employee I have ever encountered at this facility. The last two times I have gone there I don't know who the older guy that works nights is but REALLY, I'm sorry but if you pull into the parking lot park either in parking space or pull up to a pump the last thing you expect is for the door to be locked (which OK is understandable if after a certain time) but to be left standing out in the cold to have him look several times @ you finally opens the door then asks DO YOU NEED SOMETHING. Felt like saying the 2nd time this happened within a couple days, (NO SIR DON'T NEED NOTHING, I JUST THOUGHT I WOULD GET IN MY CAR IN 40° WEATHER DRIVE HERE TO SEE IF YOU WERE BORED & WANTED COMPANY) he totally treats you like you are bothering him. Went in and prepaid 50.00 and when I noticed it went to 50.59 the clerk came out running and screaming to put down the pump. She screamed at me like I was stealing gas. Not my fault. It was hers. She treated me like I stole from them. Then went I went into pay the .59 cents. She rolled her eyes and held her hand out. She needs to have an attitude adjustment, I will never go back and I will make sure everyone I know never uses them again. If I could give them a zero I would. read more

Tried to buy two bags of chips in advertised special of two for $3, instead of normal price of $1.69 each. I pointed out total was $3.38, or 19% sales tax. They first claimed there was no such posted deal. I pointed it out and they claimed they still have email to charge full tax on original purchase.
