Horrible customer service, I never need to be reprimanded by a, what seems to be super unhappy, deli guy. My son lives in Homer and drives to Anchor Point for his gas fill-ups.....Please take note as you drive the highway, you will find Thurmonds a decent, clean and locally owned business that deserves your attention. They notified me that I have a stud in my left rear tire that was damaged. I told them I would return on Thursday for the replacement. I noticed that one of my wheel caps was missing on Wednesday and let them know on my return today. Their tech stated it was missing upon my delivery on Tuesday for the tire rotation. No memo was given that it was missing when I arrived for the rotation and I strongly believe that it was there, I have pictures from the week before that clearly show the cap on the wheel. The caps run about $75.00 plus shipping to Alaska. No offer was made for reimbursement, I paid to have the stud replaced. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I would recommend you take pictures of your vehicle on drop off.
