I was not comfortable paying $2.11 a gallon of gas while I saw $1.75 on the way to town in SW Chinatown. But I managed to convince myself to get enough until I earn more points toward gas later this month. I am happy with my visit since I didn't have to deal with any human at Corner Store 2347 and I had no issues with the gas pumps. The lot was fairly clean on a sunny Saturday afternoon. I called AAA, but as it was 5:15pm on a Tuesday in a city that was rapidly turning into an extremely large bayou, the wait time was roughly three hours. Thankfully one of the owners was on the ball. Not only that, the restrooms were filthy. The toilet paper was hard to roll out of a dispenser, and there were no paper towels at all. There was urine all over the toilet and in front of the toilet. So for her to make it known that she did not want us to dirty the restrooms, was unnecessary seeing as though they were already filthy! As soon as I walked up he clearly saw me, put his head down and walked right on past me to the back. I knocked on the door and pressed the buzzard on the night slot to no avail. Signs clearly stated open 24 hrs use window from 12 - 4:30, but the worthless employee couldn't be bothered by customers. They need to quit advertising 24 hrs if they can't get people to work.
