Earthy matcha taste. The drinks are a bit more sugary than I thought they would be and a little like flavored milk. I think the initial taste is good and then when the ice melts it tastes more watered down. If you drink it before it's watered down or lower the ice volume then i think it would preserve its quality. I tried the earl gray matcha and that one had a little floral flavor with the earthy matcha flavor combined. It's not one I would order again. Then I also tried the double matcha! That one was really sweet and tasty. If you like pistachio flavored matcha or lattes then you'd like this. The inside is cute and cozy. Looks like a nice place to hang out or study.

Solid matcha spot located in memorial area, modern interior, very clean & spacious inside, and fast service. Not much outdoor seating. I tried the iced banana matcha latte 8/10 they do have pastries available as well.

The barista was super friendly, patient and helpful! I got a pistachio matcha and it was alright, I wish the pistachio flavor was stronger! I will give this place another chance and try their coffee!

Nice modern coffee shop. The staff was super friendly and looked happy to be there which definitely lit up the place. Parking is along the strip center so there's a good amount. It's a small shop but there's a good amount of seating because it extends further back. The coffee was really good. I love a good iced lavender latte coffee at a coffee shop! They have pastries and small selection of food. Service was quick too even with the place getting busier on a Sunday late morning.

Nice little upscale specialty coffee shop! A bit pricey, but definitely worth a try. I ended up getting a pistachio Matcha. Didn't disappoint, but I always feel like I have a hard time really tasting the pistachio flavor no matter where I have a drink with that flavoring. I guess it's kind of a mild flavor anyways. Nevertheless, I really loved my drink! I also ended up getting the mini almond croissant. A bit on the hard/crispy side. But flavor was there. Probably better to get the regular sized one. They also have this thing called the pistachio bomb, which apparently switched names from possibly being a Dubai chocolate variation. Which makes sense! But it's $10 and due to that, I had to pass this time. But maybe next time! Would definitely like to come back here and try something else.

I'm no stranger to a coffee shop so believe it holds weight when I say that this coffee shop blew me away. The shop is petite but beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are clean. The tables are cleaned often, but more than anything, I loved and I mean loved the service. As a first timer I was given the time to make a decision without feeling rushed but also guided in a direction to set me up for a delicious experience based on my taste. I originally ordered my og Cortado. Executed beautifully, I had to pop back up and order mom's cake, a cookie and a matcha. I chose a citrus variety after consulting with the Pistachio's team and it delivered. The matcha was super smooth, and not too sweet. The citrus brought much needed balance with both acid and additional sweet notes. I still think about this drink, so if you're in the area, it's worth a stop in!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, it was packed!! The vibes were great it was not somewhere you could have some quiet time to say the least. The line wasn't too long about 4 people long, but there was no place to sit, thankfully I didn't need a seat. The vibe of this place is super chic and Instagram worthy for sure! I am not a big Matcha person, but I got the brown sugar latte with nonfat milk and easy ice and it was everything that I wanted and more the color was perfect perfection and that's how I could tell. They are known for their pistachio lattes And MatchaS They do have baked goods as well

Good coffee spot in the Hedwig Village area. It's located in the back of the plaza. + Easy parking + A decent selection of drinks, including matchas + Good wifi + Decent amount of seating - Lattes tend to be on the sweeter side. - Can be busy, and if too many people take up the big tables, may be difficult to get a spot for a study setup.

It was ok. They made it a bit sweet. The espresso wasn't strong enough. I may ask for an extra shot next time. But ok. Cute shop. Good staff.

Solid matcha latte with a nice earthy taste. The pistachio was a but too sweet but the matcha itself was good. Would definitely return

Update: Gave it a second chance now that the hype has died down and the matcha still tastes like flavored milk.

Pistachios is a coffee shop located in Spring Branch offering a variety of drinks and pastries. I love that the café is located right next to HomeGoods, and every time I make a visit to Homegoods, I also always make a visit to Pistachios and vice versa LOL. I have tried their pistachio latte, everyday latte, matcha lavender, matcha mango, and mom's baked good. Their coffee drinks are on the sweeter side, but they do ask if you want to adjust the sweetness level. On the other hand, the matcha is strong and less sweet with a focus more on the matcha. My favorite is their pistachio latte, which is nutty and creamy with a hint of tartness. Their matcha lavender was a bit too heavy on the lavender side than I would have preferred, but if you really like lavender, then it would be a great choice. For the matcha mango, I would have preferred more mango puree or a bit sweetness. The Everyday Latte is the sweetest out of all the drinks, has white chocolate and is very creamy and smooth. The interior is very minimal and clean but also on the smaller side, and there is limited seating, especially on the weekends. The baristas are always nice and welcoming. There is plenty of parking in the front and back of the plaza. I have been enjoying their drinks every now and then; will definitely stopping by every time I hit up HomeGoods!

If you love pistachios then this is the place for you! Made the drive here and it was worth it. It's in a shared shopping center but parking wasn't an issue for a tuesday morning. Place was a bit smaller than I thought but still was able to find seating. There was a bit of a line but we didn't wait too long to receive our drinks once we ordered. Drinks we tried: Pistachio latte hot - yes! Yes! Yes! Probably one of the best if not the best pistachio latte I have had. You can taste the pistachio and it wasn't sweet. Love that it didn't taste like an artificial flavoring. Pistachio matcha - great combo. I love both separately and together was just as delicious . Grinch poop - off their inter menu. Peppermint and matcha. Love me some peppermint. Never have I had them together and it works!. Food: Avocado toast. Nice size for the price. Delicious Pistachio tiramisu - kinda addicting. Wish it was closer to me but also glad it isn't because I would be here everyday. Not sure my wallet would appreciate that. Gotta find that money tree!

The nuttiness of the sesame goes SOOO well with the espresso taste and it's a good creaminess too. I also like the texture of the bits of sesame seeds in the drink. The aesthetic of the cafe is modern with street-style flairs, it's a really cool space. I also love that there are Filipino flavors on the menu like ube and pandan. Most workers are super nice and say your name like they know you. They're also super attentive to ensure that everything with your order is perfect. Jonah was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we got a menu while in line! The weekdays seem to be better for wait-time, with little to no wait. The weekends however are packed and usually have lines. If you're not a line person, I would definitely come on a weekday. TwoTone is probably the best specialty coffee you can get in Houston, especially in terms of Asian flavors and creaminess. If it was closer to inner Houston, I would probably come here everyday.

I went on a weekend so it was busy, but it wasn't unbearable. They have a decent amount of outdoor seating which was nice. Staff, 10/10: no complaints here! They were extremely patient with me upon ordering when I had a lot of questions, even though there were people waiting behind me. They were informative, had great energy, and were also hustling to get people their orders as quickly as possible Food/Drinks, 10/10: As a vegan, coffee shops can be hit or miss, especially on the food. Having clearly labeled vegan options made it easy for me to have confidence with my choice (vegan all day). The bread was perfectly warm but not hard. Great flavor. I also asked for a matcha with strawberry puree & no foam to meet my dietary needs. It was delicious! The person I was with had no the smoked salmon avocado toast and what I recall to be the amazon cloud. She rated them both 10/10 with no hesitation. Very flavorful and refreshing. Overall this experience was 10/10 for both of us. It's a not so small coffee shop with diverse options, friendly staff, and a clean ambiance that makes me want to go back. Highly recommend.

I don't know about the rose part of it. It was basically the a cold foam part of it but I don't feel like the flavor tasted like rose or anything, just had the pink color. The Adeni chai did taste authentic. I also tried the Turkish coffee and that was strong and bold. I don't feel like the taste was too strong for me though, it was easy to drink. I also liked the presentation of the coffee. They put it in a traditional coffee pot. If you like strong coffee then this is for you. I tried the meat samosa and it was crispy and the inside was a mix of onions and minced meat. It had a nice texture for me but the inside wasn't to my flavor of taste. That's just in my opinion because I don't like onions. I then tried the Knafeh cheesecake. The Knafeh wasn't as crunchy as I thought it would be but the cheesecake portion was just like an original cheesecake, tangy and rich. I enjoyed the cheesecake. I guess I was expecting of a more of Knafeh taste like the top would be like half Knafeh instead of like sprinkles. Nevertheless, it was still good it just wasn't what I expected.
