    Strawberry dragonfruit refresher

I was scrolling through a certain social media app and I saw a promotion at Pistachios and given that it was on my try list, I couldn't pass up the opportunity and stopped by. It was late in the day but the laidback decorated space was packed, music not too loud with a pleasant vibe. I asked if I could get the pistachio dream with oatmilk and the server recommended against it saying it would make the drink too sweet. I appreciated her honest advice and got the dragonfruit strawberry refresher instead. It was definitely refreshing with the perfect amount of ice to keep it cold but not water it down. I also tried one of the mini croissants which is probably what will keep me coming back. Flaky and full of high quality cheese and spices, I wish I had gotten two! I'll definitely come back at an earlier time since a lot of the pastries were sold out.

Solid matcha spot located in memorial area, modern interior, very clean & spacious inside, and fast service. Not much outdoor seating. I tried the iced banana matcha latte 8/10 they do have pastries available as well.

Earthy matcha taste. The drinks are a bit more sugary than I thought they would be and a little like flavored milk. I think the initial taste is good and then when the ice melts it tastes more watered down. If you drink it before it's watered down or lower the ice volume then i think it would preserve its quality. I tried the earl gray matcha and that one had a little floral flavor with the earthy matcha flavor combined. It's not one I would order again. Then I also tried the double matcha! That one was really sweet and tasty. If you like pistachio flavored matcha or lattes then you'd like this. The inside is cute and cozy. Looks like a nice place to hang out or study.

I'm no stranger to a coffee shop so believe it holds weight when I say that this coffee shop blew me away. The shop is petite but beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are clean. The tables are cleaned often, but more than anything, I loved and I mean loved the service. As a first timer I was given the time to make a decision without feeling rushed but also guided in a direction to set me up for a delicious experience based on my taste. I originally ordered my og Cortado. Executed beautifully, I had to pop back up and order mom's cake, a cookie and a matcha. I chose a citrus variety after consulting with the Pistachio's team and it delivered. The matcha was super smooth, and not too sweet. The citrus brought much needed balance with both acid and additional sweet notes. I still think about this drink, so if you're in the area, it's worth a stop in!

Nice little upscale specialty coffee shop! A bit pricey, but definitely worth a try. I ended up getting a pistachio Matcha. Didn't disappoint, but I always feel like I have a hard time really tasting the pistachio flavor no matter where I have a drink with that flavoring. I guess it's kind of a mild flavor anyways. Nevertheless, I really loved my drink! I also ended up getting the mini almond croissant. A bit on the hard/crispy side. But flavor was there. Probably better to get the regular sized one. They also have this thing called the pistachio bomb, which apparently switched names from possibly being a Dubai chocolate variation. Which makes sense! But it's $10 and due to that, I had to pass this time. But maybe next time! Would definitely like to come back here and try something else.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, it was packed!! The vibes were great it was not somewhere you could have some quiet time to say the least. The line wasn't too long about 4 people long, but there was no place to sit, thankfully I didn't need a seat. The vibe of this place is super chic and Instagram worthy for sure! I am not a big Matcha person, but I got the brown sugar latte with nonfat milk and easy ice and it was everything that I wanted and more the color was perfect perfection and that's how I could tell. They are known for their pistachio lattes And MatchaS They do have baked goods as well

Good coffee spot in the Hedwig Village area. It's located in the back of the plaza. + Easy parking + A decent selection of drinks, including matchas + Good wifi + Decent amount of seating - Lattes tend to be on the sweeter side. - Can be busy, and if too many people take up the big tables, may be difficult to get a spot for a study setup.

The barista was super friendly, patient and helpful! I got a pistachio matcha and it was alright, I wish the pistachio flavor was stronger! I will give this place another chance and try their coffee!

Nice modern coffee shop. The staff was super friendly and looked happy to be there which definitely lit up the place. Parking is along the strip center so there's a good amount. It's a small shop but there's a good amount of seating because it extends further back. The coffee was really good. I love a good iced lavender latte coffee at a coffee shop! They have pastries and small selection of food. Service was quick too even with the place getting busier on a Sunday late morning.

Can confidently say this is a really nice cafe to work out of, grab coffee with friends or take some time alone to read / people watch. It's always busy, music is always good, and coffee is consistent each time. The layout is thoughtful there are plenty of plugs throughout the seating area. The texture of the latte is super rich and creamy.

It was ok. They made it a bit sweet. The espresso wasn't strong enough. I may ask for an extra shot next time. But ok. Cute shop. Good staff.

If you love pistachios then this is the place for you! Made the drive here and it was worth it. It's in a shared shopping center but parking wasn't an issue for a tuesday morning. Place was a bit smaller than I thought but still was able to find seating. There was a bit of a line but we didn't wait too long to receive our drinks once we ordered. Drinks we tried: Pistachio latte hot - yes! Yes! Yes! Probably one of the best if not the best pistachio latte I have had. You can taste the pistachio and it wasn't sweet. Love that it didn't taste like an artificial flavoring. Pistachio matcha - great combo. I love both separately and together was just as delicious . Grinch poop - off their inter menu. Peppermint and matcha. Love me some peppermint. Never have I had them together and it works!. Food: Avocado toast. Nice size for the price. Delicious Pistachio tiramisu - kinda addicting. Wish it was closer to me but also glad it isn't because I would be here everyday. Not sure my wallet would appreciate that. Gotta find that money tree!

Pistachios is a coffee shop located in Spring Branch offering a variety of drinks and pastries. I love that the café is located right next to HomeGoods, and every time I make a visit to Homegoods, I also always make a visit to Pistachios and vice versa LOL. I have tried their pistachio latte, everyday latte, matcha lavender, matcha mango, and mom's baked good. Their coffee drinks are on the sweeter side, but they do ask if you want to adjust the sweetness level. On the other hand, the matcha is strong and less sweet with a focus more on the matcha. My favorite is their pistachio latte, which is nutty and creamy with a hint of tartness. Their matcha lavender was a bit too heavy on the lavender side than I would have preferred, but if you really like lavender, then it would be a great choice. For the matcha mango, I would have preferred more mango puree or a bit sweetness. The Everyday Latte is the sweetest out of all the drinks, has white chocolate and is very creamy and smooth. The interior is very minimal and clean but also on the smaller side, and there is limited seating, especially on the weekends. The baristas are always nice and welcoming. There is plenty of parking in the front and back of the plaza. I have been enjoying their drinks every now and then; will definitely stopping by every time I hit up HomeGoods!

The biscoff latte was highly recommended in the Yelp reviews and I am a biscoff girly so I figured I'd start there. 10/10. O also had a lemon poppy seed muffin. The last time I was here, a server took our order. However, this time, after waiting for a looooong time at our table, I discovered that all ordering should be done at the counter. I like how open and spacious the place is but the booth seats were in poor condition, with extreme cracks and peeling pleather. Also, many of the tablets were dirty and I had to get up and ask for napkins to clean up the stains. Help was very limited during this visit. The baristas were engrossed in making drinks and didn't seem very friendly or eager to help with questions. On the bright side, the young gal who brought out our food and drinks was really nice and helpful. She even offered to spray down our table and wipe it clean for us after she saw how icky it was. There's a Pick 3 toasts for $24.95 option and we chose two smoked salmon toasts and one avocado toast. They were decently good. It was a nice light meal to share between two of us. However, the quality of the drinks has declined. The strawberry matcha used to be excellent but the flavor has lost its vibrancy. I would not order it again.

Now for the coffee: I've tried their speciality drinks, the hot brewed coffee, and flat white. They are all OK. Not bad but not great. Not enough strong coffee flavor in my opinion.
