I was super excited to see that they offer hot food so it was a huge disappointment to order a cheeseburger and later realize that they undercooked it without letting me know in advance or giving me an option for them to cook it longer. Not everyone likes pink or in my case extremely pink barely cooked hamburger. I could have handled a little pink (even if I don't prefer it), but my burger ended up getting thrown away after 2 bites because I was grossed out how undercooked it was, and I didn't have a way to finish cooking it myself. I understand that it takes a while to cook everyone's food and I was more than willing to wait so I don't understand why the staff felt the need to rush and feed undercooked meat to customers. I definitely won't order a burger from there again because I don't feel that the customer should have to tell a business what proper cooked hamburger meat is, and they also have no warnings anywhere that their meat is undercooked. If they even read these reviews, according to Google, "consuming undercooked ground beef can harbor bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Campylobacter, which can cause foodborne illnesses (food poisoning)." Hopefully whoever has their food handling license and is cooking the food understands the risks they are putting their customers through.

He apologized profusely and asked for details of her truck and what pump she was at and said to have her call the Sonora PD to have them come out and see the footage from their security cameras. He went through an hour of camera footage and saw nothing suspicious. I called him an hour or so later and told him my Mom just called and found her purse in the garage. She's a senior citizen and had not remembered taking it out of the truck. I felt so badly for James (and my Mom did, too) that he went through all of the footage for nothing. I called James to call off the search and apologized for the mistake. But he was so incredibly kind and thoughtful saying how happy he was she found the purse, and that he totally understands. Please hire more people like James! That man need a raise and a bonus for Rhis one. He really acted like he was happy to have been sent on a wild goose chase because he felt bad for her. What a gem! Then to add to the fun we bought some lottery tickets. We loved the chicken. Its crispy and crunchy and good. The Cajun seasoning wasn't too overpowering. It was a great snack. The corn dog was also excellent. If you're in need of a very good pit stop come get some fried chicken. What could go wrong? I should note we did not win the lottery.
