Counter personnel are surly and overwhelmed. Today was last straw. I was in hospital last night. Told hospital to send prescriptions to this rite aid in Monroe. I arrived at 9:45am only to be told it would be another 1.5hr wait. I called and asked if they could do anything for a special expedite. (Even thought they had effectively 3 to 4 hours to fill my script from hospital). They said no. So I'll just live with my problem and skip the recommended pharmaceuticals. BYE BYE RITE AID FROM A CUSTOMER WHO HAD BEEN LOYAL FOR AT LEAST A DECADE. I'd hate to have Pam Fs job. Can't imagine how this place stays busy. Must be a demand issue.
