No matter which pump I've tried the buttons for "is this a debit card?" NEVER work! None of them! It's flipping frustrating and the staff acts like you're doing it wrong. No, the machines are so old the buttons have been mashed to death. The other day I stopped in for a soda and the ice machine wasn't working. They said "you just need to hold your cup against the button". I stood there over a minute and they said "just keep holding". thanks but no thanks. I put my cup up and left. I feel they only stay in business due to their beer sales, but even then they don't have many choice in cans, which is dumb considering the rivers in town. Terrible experience at Wash Tub - New Braunfels location…read more On the morning of June 30th, I took my red Ford F-150 (Illinois plates) to the Wash Tub at 1054 N Business I-35, New Braunfels, TX. After getting my truck washed, I drove home only to find significant damage to the rear driver's side fender--damage that was definitely not there before the wash. I immediately contacted the location. The manager called me back and claimed there was "no evidence" that the damage occurred there and that my truck was already damaged when I arrived--which is completely false. I then asked to review the video footage of my vehicle, which he claimed to have watched. He refused to share it with me and said it was "too difficult to get" because they'd have to "call New York." This is absolutely unacceptable. It's clear they are avoiding accountability, and their refusal to provide video footage raises serious concerns about how they handle customer complaints. Zero responsibility, zero customer care. I will be pursuing further action through my insurance and a formal investigation. I urge others to think twice before trusting this place with your vehicle. Very disappointed.
