I noticed the brushes on right side of my vehicle toward the end of the wash were not working as I went through. As a result right side of my vehicle was still dirty. Told an attendant about it when I got out. She responded, oh I'm sorry, and went about her business. I'll be using another business. read more

This is the most dishonest establishment I have dealt with in many years! I went for a car wash and the attendant asked me if I would line to try the car was for one month only to get unlimited washes for that month. He assured me that I would only be billed the one time for the one month trial and that no further charges would be made. Turns out that they have been billing me ever since and this last month at a much higher rate! I will never go back to this rip off operation, and I strongly advise others to be very careful in dealing with them. I would give zero stars if it would let me. read more

Pumps are 50/50 working or low power. Wash missed a lot of spots for 25$ definitely not worth it.

Car was damaged inside the tunnel. It was hit on the side from a roller pushing it up over the floor roller causing the car behind to hit me as well. They have no safety stops nor sensors to keep vehicles from hitting eachother if.an issue occurs. Manager says its my fault and i hit the brakes.. I have the same side damage as another user on here on my rear quarter...the same damage that the manager claims couldnt have happened there... read more

I began coming here when we first moved back a year ago. I will not go anywhere but here! Not only is the wash great, and the employees are kind and helpful... THE VACUUMS ALWAYS WORK! This place is incredibly well maintained, and it shows in every aspect of the business! (They even use to give their members little promotional air fresheners at the wash. Paid for the Go Big $25 wash, got some very basic wash, no lights, no ceramic, nothing. Pointed it out to the manager who acknowledged that some cars got the wrong wash. He told me to go ahead and come back around and he'd give me what I paid for. The 2 stars is because as soon as the manager noticed the issue they should have been out front letting cars know to go back around for what they paid for. We shouldn't have to figure it out and point it out ourselves. He was just going to let me drive on out of there if I hadn't pointed it out which would have meant I overpaid by $15 for a car wash. read more

Love your carwash, but please add a large sink to wash car mats and rinse out chamois. You could install a spring loaded faucet to prevent water waste. Thanks! If other customers agree please let the owner know we really would appreciate a utility sink. read more

I've been coming to your car washes for at least 2 years and was happy that you opened one in Schertz.  I've come here about once a week and sometimes as late at 6:55pm because of my work schedule. I've never had a problem until today... you took my money for the wash but when I went to vacuum, they were shut off. The attendant said it was because they closed at 7.... that ridiculous.  If you're at a retail store and they close at 7, they don't throw you out right then. Explain to me why you would allow only a portion of your service at any time? Can't wait for your reply read more

This car wash does a great job washing my vehicle and leaves my tires sparkling HOWEVER, it leaves an abundance of soap on my vehicle every time. Then there's smears of dried soap on my paint, windows and mirrors. I've noticed soap on other vehicles pulling out in front of me as we drive through the wash. I've had conversations w other patrons in the vacuuming area about the soap left on their vehicles too. The staff is not as friendly and happy as similar car washes in the area. The vacuums are not great and the towels and trash bins are too spread out and not as convenient as the other similar car washes around. I wish they would do better bc they are closest to me. Had to discontinue my membership. read more

We've been going here since it opened. The last 2 times we were here, the back of our car still had a lot of dirty spots. I'm not sure what's causing it to happen all of a sudden. So we're having to hand wash the spots it misses at home. read more

I utilized their car wash and then took my car over to the vacuums to clean out the inside. Unbeknownst to me, one of my battery cells had gone bad, so in the time it took me to vacuum out the whole car, with the doors being open at various times in the process and interior lights on, it drained my battery. So when I finished and tried to start my car to leave, the car would not start. I approached one of their workers about the issue and was directed to their manager. I told the manager what the problem was and with zero hesitation he pulled his own truck over and jumped my vehicle. Without his assistance, I would have been stuck there waiting for roadside assistance for 60-90 minutes (in the July Texas heat). The manager was polite, respectful, and clearly happy to help. I could not be more grateful. Their washing services were fantastic and my car looked great, but even better was the manager going above and beyond to help me out when he certainly did not have to. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be going again. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Did not clean my call well, vacuums are great, they don't offer towels to dry your car like all the other self service ones, no products to buy. The staff is not customer friendly and really don't even direct you into the car wash! Used once and won't be back!!! read more

Took my car wash today and it did not wash it at all that was probably the worst car wash I've ever had and I really like that place.

We have been using this car wash for over a year. However, we will no longer return. On Friday, I was waiting for the attendant to wave me through into the car wash. There was now an entire car distance between me and the other car that entered and she's completely ignoring me. I begin to slowly pull forward (as she's giving me no direction) as I get just before the entrance and stop, she signals at me to roll down my window. I comply, and she begins SCREAMING and accusing me of not listening to her. She said she told me "3 times to stop" and I ignored her. She is going off on a tangent about how no one listens to her and this is how cars get into trouble there. This is when I realize she was crazy because I never took my eyes off her, as I slowly pulled forward. She went on fir several minutes berating me. The worse part, was that now I'm at the entrance of the car wash and she's refusing to give me guidance. My car jerked forward and she then rudely pointed to the "neutral" sign on the wall. I pull through and drive off in shock as to what just happened. She was completely out of line so I return to my office and call their business phone and ask that the manager or owner return my call so that I can report her. I left a detailed message, and 2 days later and no one ever returned my call. This lady should be fired. No customer should ever be spoken to in this manner. Especially when it wasn't warranted. I love this car wash!! Bee Clean gets my car spick and span every time! I used to be a DIY wash kinda gal, because I've never had a machine get my vehicle as clean as it should be. But ever since I've tried Bee Clean I've never looked back! (It sounds corny but I mean it!) I love how quick and through it is for an automated car wash. The staff guide you onto the conveyor and off you go. I've been here multiple times and my Jeep looks like new every time. The dryers blow most of the water off and I find what's left dries rather quickly. I've never seen any water spots on my Jeep. My favorite part is the vacuums! Man do those things have suction!!! I have two kids in car seats and I can get in every last crevice and not have a crumb in sight! The kids love it too! My daughter loves to help vacuum. Since it is automated there isn't much for staff interaction but I always see them smiling. I've seen them, on separate occasions, helping customers make a decision at the payment machine, or help customers retrieve odd items out of the back of pickups so they don't have to get out or hold up the line. As long as I live near a Be Clean I'll bring my vehicle here. read more
