I was on a road trip that had me driving through the State of Utah. I stopped here to fill up the gas tank. The price per gallon was pretty reasonable, but I'm from Southern California, so everywhere else is going to be pretty much cheaper. I rolled in around 6 am and the gas station was clean. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and treats us like friends & family from the very first day we entered their store in mid October of 2023. We go out of our way to support this particular Chevron store because of their incredible phenomenal employees who are always consistently helpful, polite, and consistently go out of their way to always provide quick, efficient, and outstanding service each and every time my husband and I go out of our way to support this particular Chevron store even though it is not the closest Chevron location to where we live. We pass by 2 other Chevron Stores before we arrive at this location, that is how incrediblely impressed with them we ate. Terrible. Do not stop go to 7-11. I am a local resident of Payson Utah. I have been going here for years. The past 4 times we have been here the wait to check out has been from 5 to 20 minutes and they are not busy. My husband waited 20 minutes because the workers were all chatting and thought someone had already helped him with propane. Today I went to grab snacks and fill up y own HydroFlask with water. I wanted 5 minutes at the cash register because 2 workers (one named Matt) was outside smoking. I check out and notice that he has charged me 50 cents for wanted in my Hydro. I ask him about that and identify that I have never been charged the past 4 times. He stated "yea sorry" well sorry you will no longer get mine or my families money. Went to Sinclair in Santaquin for propane, after waiting in line inside I was told the two employees there were too busy to help. Drove over to Arnie B's in Payson and was greeted by an employee acknowledging me from the drive up window saying "I see you, I'll be right out" What a pleasant experience compared to my first stop. I'll drive the extra mile and continue to go to Arnie B's. Thanks for the service. read more
