The main issue that I have with this one is the fact that parking is maddening. The second thing is the fact that they have the taquitos or whatever they're called always mixed up. I don't understand how hard it is to put the right stuff with the right label, but yeah... we really need to work on that especially if someone has an allergy! I've seen the same Tillamook cheese squares for at least a good six or seven months and they've been changing from yellow to white... this is definitely an issue with either refrigeration or expiration? I'm hoping that this would extend soon. The staff is always friendly and greet you at the door or around the store when you walk in. Their slurpy machines have unique flavors and I usually see them being changed, rotated, or cleaned up by the staff. Their newest flavor Piña Colada is yummy and also has caffeine, which is a first! I haven't been able to utilize their loyalty rewards for a long time, but this is still a work in progress. Their drinks are great and they keep their shelves stocked each day.

The resolution to overcharging me was to file a dispute with my bank even though I already told representative the cashier refused to provide me proof of transaction. My claims could easily be proven by watching their camera footage unless they don't have one. Because I wasn't provided proof my dispute with bank was declined. This is a lesson learned to not go against my better judgment and demand my proof next time.
