I had the club orange membership which according to the waxing the city membership you can cancel via mail,email, phone, or in person. I called to cancel, and they said that it had to be done in person because they are independent and not corporate so do not get the membership with out knowing what hoops you have to jump through to cancel. When it comes to the actual waxes they were okay not nearly as good as I've had through European wax center, but sadly they are not a choice in my area. Would rather shave daily then deal with them monthly.

While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner! I'll definitely go there for my next manicure. After my facial, I was extremely relaxed. It included an arm and hand massage and neck. My skin was very smooth and moisturized afterwards. She was very kind and social. The pedicure was good, no complaints there! I spent a bit more for the pricey option with paraffin and it was pretty good. They didn't hold up after one week and had chipped significantly. Don't feel like pricing was ever transparent, despite having the pricing paper at the register, but that not adding up to what I was charged. I'm used to seeing it written out and broken down for transparency and also for ex: if I ask for a design or a service that's a bit extra, they let me know how much extra before even doing it
