She's always so sweet and I always look forward to seeing her every month. She puts 100% into her work and it definitely shows every time. I asked my transaction specialist if she could direct me to a near-by nail salon. As a result, I was referred to Angel Nails located at 2720 W. 12th Street #300, Sioux Falls SD. I was immediately greeted by two smiling ladies after stepping through the small foyer. "Hello, how can I help you?" the older female asked. I just moved to Sioux Falls and my nails are a mess after packing so many moving boxes. "What do you normally get done to your nails?" Because I work-out in the gym and swim; my nails break easily. Therefore, my Maryland Nail Tech usually apply gel and shellac to my nails which prevents breakage, I replied. At that time, my nails were done by a younger nail tech, who did a pretty good job. The next time, my feet and nails were done by the older lady, who turned out to be the owner of the business; she did an excellent job. I discovered the owner was a perfectionist and knowledgeable of both feet and hands. Also, she quickly shared information to me and other customers on how-to maintain healthy feet and hands. As well as, how-to care for specific feet problems. I found the owner to be honest, compassionate and loyal to her customers. She exhibits hospitality that's beyond nail and pedicure salons, I have visited in Maryland and other States as an inspector. Further, I find her prices to be reasonable; often less than competing nail and pedicure salons. Recently I asked the owner, "Why do you have two televisions and neither one is on?" When I had technicians, they spent more time watching television, videos and talking to each other in their native tongue rather than talking to customers, so I had the cable disconnected. I believe paying customers should have your full attention, and technicians should interact with whoever is setting in the chair across from him/her. "Wow, what a wonderful concept/rule?" I replied. If you are looking for a new or replacement Nail and Pedicure Salon, you might want to give Angel Nails a try.

I ended up taking off all the nails Friday night and called Kevin to see if he could get me in the day of my prom. He said no problem, fit me in, and got me out of there in an hour and a half with beautiful orange nails after taking off the rest of my old ones. I will never stop going here. Love all the employees and they always make me feel so welcomed. Kevin is so nice to talk to and he also has a heater sitting at his station for extra comfort inside the store!
