I love that my vet suggests I use the pharmacy service here rather than her office - the prices are super competitive, often less expensive than the vet. And the convenience is awesome and makes the 1-2 day wait for shipping worth it. Grateful my kitties only have minor issues and can take a prescription, God bless them. The one time I needed help from customer service, they not only answered my questions, they also helped me confirm receipt of my veterinarians prescription. It was a relief because my vet is busy all the time...and the less I have to interrupt her due to my questions, the better. She's a gem, but I'd rather she help others with more pressing cat issues. Now, the only thing I'd wish for is not having a need for any prescriptions...ever. A girl (and cat) can hope. I do wish they would toss in those tiny packages of catnip from time to time. IF I COULD LEAVE -10 NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Worst of the worst! I would NEVER recommend Chewy to anyone. I sent them a prescription request Aug 6. As you may know, they require the original signed Rx from the vet, not a photo. So I sent them the original prescription that same day. A week later they sent an email stating they still need the original prescription. I responded that I mailed the Rx. This happened 3 more times in 2 weeks! Finally 17 days after the original order was placed, I get another email stating "YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED" - Nope, I never received it. It appeared to have been delivered to the wrong address. We have no idea where it was delivered because the photo showing delivery was nowhere we recognized. I contacted them and they said they would send again. Got another email a week later stating again "YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED". Nope, still no package. This happened 3 times!! They finally got the address corrected & said they were reshipping but they said " the problem is that Joey (our pup) has only 70 tablets remaining in the Rx and this order is for 100. ...... we need a new script to be mailed in us. You need to reach out to your clinic let them know the problem....". SERIOUSLY?? How can there be only a portion left of a prescription that was never delivered! After a month of their ridiculous game-playing, I said that's it, I'm fed up. I cancelled the order via email on 9-6 and asked that they return the original prescription to me. I got NO response from them, so I called & they cancelled on 9/8. I called to follow up on when (if) the original prescription was mailed back. Now get this, they said: "WE DO NOT RETURN THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION - IT'S POLICY!!!! So now I have NO meds and NO original prescription to fill. I was told to go to my local pharmacy, explain the situation and have them call Chewy who will then verify it!! REALLY?? This is completely unacceptable. And they never read emails nor do they respond accordingly. It's like the right hand has no idea what the left had is doing. Oh sure, you get these great responses of exactly what you want to hear - BUT NO ONE ACTS ON THEM OR FOLLOWS UP WITH YOU. I guess they just go into internet space. One of our drives parked, waiting for his route by their door. Unknowingly that it is a no parking zone. There are no signs that apply this. She came out loud yelling at him, that his is NEVER aloud to park here. Instead of asking him nicely to move. He moved his car and didn't say a word. He was out of line, and very rude for no reason. I'd give a -5 if I could. It's a long and disappointing story of 20 months of on off completely unprofessional way of conducting a very important business. We travel full time. Multiple times as I request my dog's medication, it's a crapshoot to if it is going to be delivered. It is necessary for our Gus to have daily medication. Many times they have dropped the ball, full of excuses and never following up. I have managed to have a 10 day surplus until this month... they have been failing to get the order to us for 3 weeks. Every follow up phone call never came, request for overnight delivery can't be granted. There were hundreds of apologies, but sorry without change is meaningless. I have been a monthly loyal customer for years on the non- pharmaceutical side and never have a problem. The pharmaceutical side is astonishingly poor, supervisors drop the ball and Managers are conveniently in meetings all day. I think this wouldn't be so upsetting if it wasn't a serious health issue.
