He fills the crepes with lots of stuff and it makes a filling meal. I like the cheese and sausage. There are lots of these type of places around and we have tried others , like the one across the street which have not been as good. This place is worth finding.

J'ai patiemment expliqué à plusieurs reprises que je souhaitais simplement la même boisson que celle que j'avais appréciée le matin même. Le barista chargé de la préparation n'était non seulement pas familier avec la recette standard, mais s'est montré impoli et dédaigneux. Malgré mes clarifications répétées, il a préparé la commande à contrecœur. Le résultat fut une boisson froide, sans aucune mousse de lait - rien à voir avec la qualité du matin. Après avoir passé beaucoup trop de temps à expliquer et à attendre, j'étais tellement épuisé par l'interaction que j'ai fini par accepter la boisson ratée sans prolonger la situation. Si l'on peut comprendre qu'une caissière ne soit pas une experte en café, le barista qui manipule la machine à café devrait parfaitement maîtriser les recettes classiques comme le café mocha et traiter les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme. Je suggère respectueusement au responsable de former correctement le personnel sur les boissons de base et les standards de service client afin que cela ne se reproduise plus. Cette expérience a été à la fois frustrante et inacceptable pour une commande simple et pourtant basique. I finally got some cidre, but I asked four times for water before she brought me any. She kept cleaning tables in front of me and refusing to serve me. She didn't "forget" the water, she was somehow offended or just being nasty. I say this because there was no one else there at the time (the crowd that had been there earlier had left), so she was NOT too busy to bring it. A little while later a French woman and her daughter sat next to me and ordered. She immediately brought them their drinks all at once, a minute after they ordered. You can fire both of the women working there today with my pleasure. She was small and plump with grey skin black straight hair and a mole and plump. Her counterpart was Asian. I will never set foot in this establishment again. She looked down and smiled and laughed when I paid. I said nothing because I knew the mean behavior was purposeful. It was like being in the presence of a couple of those Orangutans who spend most of their days being mean to other Orangutans, a sad way to live.
