    Egg, ham and cheese crape
    Nicole C.

A wonderful small French restaurant tucked down a quiet street a few blocks near the Sacre-Corur Basilica. Came in on a Saturday afternoon to try a crape. I ordered the egg, ham, and cheese crape. It was devine. The texture of the crape was paper thin and buttery with a slight crunch from the melted cheese oozing through the little wholes in the crape. Cheesy heaven. The service was excellent too. Very nice people and very attentive staff. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area.

One of the crepes we ate while visiting. I don't remember the exact ingredients, but it was wonderful.

We stayed near this cozy Montmatre place and visited twice so far. Even though my husband wanted to try a few other places, I was insistent on going there again for our last night in the area. The crepes are the perfect texture. The variety to choose from was very good. Enjoyed a bottle of cider with our meals. While there tonight, a couple of chefs were seated at the next table. Very French and a perfect meal. We will be back.

    Crepe with chestnut cream

I ordered the crepe with chestnut cream to go. It was freshly made to order, quick, and the perfect dessert. They put a lot of the filling which was pretty sweet but delicious.

I came here for lunch and it was quite busy. This place definitely seems like a tourist trap, but more in that there were a lot of tourists and less of a trap than other traps. They have a decent set menu deal which gives you a drink, a savory crepe, and a sweet crepe. I got their crepe with smoked salmon which I would definitely not recommend. I think sticking to the more classic savor crepes is the move. For the sweet crepe, the classic ones are also good, but I got one with fruit and ice cream which was great. The service was pretty good. The waiter spoke English and was able to talk about the menu. I think the value is also decent if you get the set menu (around 13 euros). If you're ordering the crepes individually (which you need to do for most of the specialty ones), then it does get pricey (around 10 euros each).

Crepe lardon (pork fat) not chicken

I asked a question about an menu item, the man told me it was chicken, I order it and it's for sure ham, I tell him he proceeds to tell me it's chicken and starts producing packages to prove it ..it was literally pork fat and I don't eat anything pork. Nonetheless when in doubt, get something else; doesn't seem like they know their own menu.

Wonderful service and excellent crepes and cafe! The ambiance is wonderful. It's a great lunch stop while exploring Montmartre. Highly recommend for anyone in search of gluten free crepes. They have a great selection gluten free savory crepes.

A tourist visiting Sacre Coeur or a local, this place is a must try! They serve some of the best savory crepes in Paris and that's a tall claim. The ideal place for a quick and lovely lunch, the restaurant delivers not only on food quality but also on service and atmosphere. Definitely a must stop if you are in the area!

    Smoked Salmon Crepe

The location was a bit hard to find as it was located on a quite street. I walked here from Sacred Heart and it was only about a 10 min walk. It was a rainy day so it was quite empty, but it was very quaint and adorable. Its a nice place for breakfast and coffee. I got the smoked salmon crepe and it was perfect! Not too salty, just the right amount of savory. My boyfriend for the foie gras crepe and it was something I didn't think I would like but it was so good! Coffee was great as well. Just what we needed to start our day walking around Paris!

Crepe! With egg, bacon, and caramelized onions!

This place was far from where we stayed but we were in the area and stopped by for some lunch. They had a prix fixe meal where you got to choose one savory crepe, a dessert crepe and something to drink. Silly me, I ordered a cider thinking it'd be like apple cider in the States, but the boyfriend just laughed because when I took my first sip, I asked if it was spiked. Apparently cider in Europe means there's alcohol! Well now I'll know! I got a crepe with egg, bacon and caramelized onions. What did the boyfriend get? I forget. On to the dessert crepes! I got a banana crepe with house made chocolate and the boyfriend got a crepe with house made caramel sauce. Both were tasty! It was a great meal and for the price it was, I would definitely come back again.

Savory crepe and a bowl of cider. This crepe had ham, mushrooms+cream and cheese in it.

"As good as it gets" doesn't do this place justice. It is amazing! We thought enough of it that we came back and had our last meal in Paris here, just so we could be sure to end on a high note. The food is fantastic, as many other reviewers have indicated. However, I can't stress how efficient, professional and welcoming the servers are. There is a server there who switched seamlessly between fluent (and VERY FAST) French, Spanish, and English while dealing simultaneously with at least 14 customers in the tiny back room. That was terribly impressive. Everyone we had serving us was excellent. The second time we came, I ordered off the Lunch special menu, which was a bowl of cider, a savory crepe from a subset of the main menu, and a sweet crepe from a limited list, all for a very reasonable price of a bit under 11 Euros. Since everything I wanted was on those two lists, it was perfect. The savory crepes were delivered quickly, even though the place was completely full. The sweet crepe came out very shortly after they cleared our dishes from the first course, and it was hot and fresh. Even if you think you know about crepes -- and maybe don't think buckwheat flour is something you think you'll like, I encourage you to seek this place out and give it a shot, especially if you make the trip out to Sacré-Cœur -- this place is just a short walk down the hill and well worth the effort. Be aware that the ciders have alcohol in them. Apparently, there is frequent confusion about that with the American tourists. If that is a problem for you, be sure to order fruit juice instead. While the menu had an extensive list of combinations, they are very accommodating and will let you build your own crepe - that's good to know if you have specific dietary restrictions.

Raclette du Chef ! Definitely worth trying out this place is you are in thr area

If you're a tourist and visiting the Sacre Coeur Basilica, definitely make the trip to this small, quaint cafe/bistro. This was my first Crepe place in Paris, which certainly set the bar high as I compared it other street food and cafe crepes around Paris. I had the Raclette du Chef - which pretty much had all the elements of your typical breakfast foods all in one (crepe, potato, egg, cheese, bacon, ham, prosciutto, and bechamel). At best, I believe the place can probably sit about 20 people (10, 2 person tables), which will make it hard for parties greater than 4. The place has no air conditioner (or at least it wasn't on when we were there), and you are seated practically elbow to elbow to one another, where the waitress would have to slide the entire table out so you can sit down. Fortunately, there was an English menu, and the waitress knew enough English. The service is pretty fast, so don't be discouraged if you walk by and see a packed house. I would definitely come back to this place in the future.

We stumbled on this Creperie after dinner at Le Potager (see my review on this awesome restaurant also) which was directly across the road. My daughter loved the chocolate crepe so much that we had to come back for lunch the day after. It was one of our best dining experiences in Paris - certainly some of the best crepes we have ever eaten in our lives. It's a small restaurant with only about 30 seats so either make a reservation or come early for lunch or dinner - at 1pm and 9pm the restaurant was full. Two of us did the lunch special which was good value at 12euros - a cider or juice drink, a gallette and a crepe. We had the Complete, Parisienne, raclette galettes and the chocolate, caramel and lemon juice crepes and everything was exquisite. This is especially evident in the plain crepes like the lemon juice and sugar, where the thinness and texture of the crepe and the delicate flavors really shine through. Nothing tough, tasteless and terrible here! We'll definitely be back someday!

Throughout our trip from Provence, Basque Country and Paris, I joked that they must hate me for ordering my beef med b/c it was so much tougher compared to our beef. Anyway, it's just different. We ate too much. It's a lot of food to split the cote de boeuf btn two. Comes with very good chubby fries and 3 sauces. TBH, I didn't love the sauces. Making a reservation isn't hard but you do need to email them and there's no online booking system. You also have to confirm again 1-2 days before. I understand they are small with a limited number of tables so that's fair and it seemed like everyone showed up even though they don't require a deposit. On a Friday night, it didn't appear there was much chance or walking in although there were like 2 open seats at what would have been a shared table. The menu is small and includes some typical French starters, steaks, 3 non steak entrees, cheeses, and dessert. All steaks come with potatoes, 3 sauces, salad. Service was a highlight. The waiter was personable and funny, had solid recommendations, and made sure leftovers were taken home. Also had a solid wine recommendation after asking some questions. They probably get a lot of people who don't speak French and they had no problem speaking English. The food- ordered a ribeye medium rare. The steak was so so charred on the outside and it almost ruined the whole thing. I really wish they would have charred it way less especially when it was ordered medium rare. There is seared and then there is burnt; this was sadly the latter. The steak itself was fine, honestly nowhere near the best meat I have had but the price is quite reasonable for how much you get. I would say the steak was maybe 6/10 for me, largely due to the cooking. The fries were phenomenal. Definitely a highlight and really tasty and with a great texture. Salad was good, pretty typical. I wanted to like the sauces more but found them just okay. The best by far for me was the blue cheese sauce but even this one I thought the flavors could have popped a little more. Atmosphere was fun, there were a few bigger groups (6-8 which is the biggest they accommodate) but it never got unreasonably loud. Overall I wanted to love it but was a bit disappointed even though the service and fries were both great.
