I cannot explain it all; you just have to go. The food is the main thing when you go out to eat, of course. I started with a kir, but not the Normandy version which I had before and it is nothing more than cassis with some local sparkling cider. I had one of the galettes. Galettes are, I guess you can say, like crepes but brown, so guessing wheat based?! No clue, really. But this one was delicious.
