The main floor is tables/chairs set up cabaret style. The balcony is church pews with a thin piece of fabric as your seat cushion. You'll be up dancing anyways, so don't get too comfy! Balcony is also "sit wherever" so feel free to move around... but make sure you close out with your server! If you can find them! Once the show starts, I really didn't see anyone to grab me another drink:( It's a very intimate venue- there are no bad seats! Very picturesque too! The entrance is on the side street! There's a coat check for $3CAD and yes they take cards! Beware- there's a long line aftee to get your coat! The bathrooms are pitiful! Booze is normal price at $6 for mixed drinks. Everyone is easy going and the music is pretty good and loud (rock, punk, psychobilly,etc). The selection depends on whose the bartender that night since there is no juke box. The only thing significant I noticed is it doesnt pickup till about 10PM till 1030 PM. If you show up before that dont be surprise if it seems dead. But come the "magic" hour the place will fill up in like 10-15 minutes. Pretty impressive. Its off the Mont Royal Metro stop if your riding the subway.

We were there for 6pm on a Tuesday and it really starts to get packed up around 7-8pm. The entree fee is around $7 now but that's not bad for all the games you get to play! The food is well priced and you get a lot. The big fries are enough to feed like 5 people, bummer you only get 2 choices of sauces. We got curry and tartar, both great! The blonde woman in the questionable medium grey top displayed some of the most erratic and unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered in the service industry, coming from someone regularly went out in Toronto. After struggling with a simple transaction and managing to overcharge me after multiple corrections, she appeared to have a total lapse in composure (like straight manic energy). When I questioned the price, she became visibly hostile and had the audacity to ask if I was "from here." As a person of colour born in Canada, I find it embarrassing that this brand of bias still exists in 2026--especially from someone representing a "high-profile" venue, but then again we're talking about Montreal here, the bar was low to start.... To end the interaction, she actually shoved my drinks across the bar counter in a fit of frustration (like an actual child throwing a temper tantrum). It was a bizarre, super uncomfortable and unstable display of customer service. I was more than happy to tip her colleagues, who were professional and possessed actual social skills, but this individual is an absolute embarrassment to your brand. Most dancers were dressed in red and black, some with elegant flowers in their hair. Their style fitted perfectly with this art deco venue. The floor of the room was rather crowded with chairs and small tables, but at least finding a seat wasn't difficult. The bar at the back of the room served refreshments. Acoustics were pretty good!

Now I am telling back them to back eff up because... I hadn't even seen them and don't know who these demons are. I ask the bartender.. she starts yelling at me.. so now my social anxiety is on level 1000 because i just wanted a drink. I move to the front to get away and then get a tap on my shoulder from this white woman claiming to be the owner of the bar, and says that I am standing where people are walking and I can't.. Even if that weren't the case, all the songs they performed were in English, and even regardless of that, it was ridiculously entertaining! My cousin surprised me by taking us all there and the performance quality was just absolutely top top tier. We ate, we drank, we danced in our seat a little, it was an amazing set! The queens were hilarious, gorgeous, and stellar performers. This is arguably one of the best drag shows I've ever been to to be honest. Tips-- Since this date of posting (Aug 2022), if you are from the US because of conversion rate everything purchased in Canada equates to 31% off in US dollars, so if you pay everything with credit card (such as drinks), you're really in for a great night!
