Another regular on those Best Fries in Brussels lists, Friterie du Miroir if your typical local fry spot. Right on the Place Reine Astrid, this place isn't a tourist spot, it's not some marketed attraction, is simply a local fritkot--and it does fries how they should be done. Crispy, hot, slathered in the sauce of your choice, these are how Belgian fries are meant to be. You can't go wrong with this spot. It's a bit outta the way, but worth the jaunt to Jette. They also get an adequate amount of napkins. So there's that too. Get the cornet.
