We have spent over £20000 with CHG over the last 7 years including fitting a full airsource heat pump installation, underfloor heating, solar array and assorted plumbing works. In short they turn up and charge for time rather than results and we are left with a system that does not function correctly, additions such as a controller for the airsource that they fully admit is redundant and doesn't work (they told us we needed it), and a system that is uncontrollable. In the last conversation my wife had with the MD he simply put the phone down on her, and refused to do any more work. Best to avoid this company if you want a supplier who is going to deliver the goods. Nice staff (apart form the MD obviously!), but dont know how any of the tech really works. read more
