We are absolutely exhausted from dealing with this shady company. Our Realtor had to threaten them with reporting their actions to the US Attorney Generals Office to get our process ended so we could move on with another lender. Avoid this hack of a company at all costs! We went from pre-approved to approved to denied to approved with stipulations which were met to disqualified for income then re-qualified then denied once again while refusing to accept legal court documentation for child support. Communication completely failed on their part and we had to block our number not to be screened to a perpetual game of leave a message. These people have yanked us around for months. Same as every other negative comment on here from others. They approve you, rope you in, make you pay for all the inspections and appraisals, ignore your calls and emails ..I'm talking for days on end...you have to actually get mad to get any kind of response from them. They ask you for documents you have already given them and then make you miss your closing deadlines due to their unprofessional manner. Why they Waited until they day before closing to ask for other documents is beyond me and shows just how well they manage their time and their customers...don't waist your hopes and dreams on the let down they will give you..eventually read more

Why are you writing generic for both complaints? lol came on here to look at reviews because I started feeling suspicious about this company because I had talked to them for the 1st time ever last Wednesday May 24th to just get info and I told them I would like to wait before I apply because I will be changing positions in July. Bust since then I have received a call on Friday May 26, Sunday May 28th and just last night. I'm kinda getting annoyed! This is my first home purchase and it has been the most stressful and unsatisfying time when I should be celebrating a new home purchase. I have never dealt with such incompotent people in my life! Ive had to send the same documentation over and over. Im not sure if the person was loosing it or what. It got to the point where I just forwarded the same email that I previously sent them that they said they didnt get. I still dont have any idea when my closing is going to be. I have changed my movers 3 times and I know have to pay a month to month fee on my apt because I cant sign another lease. Its been a month and a half and I STILL do not know whats going on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I went from Pre-Qualified, to pre-approved, to you make too much money??? then I was approved with conditions, then back to you make too much money. These morons have cost me $1500.00 out of pocket for appraisal, inspections, earnest money, and attorney fees and they won't even return a phone call. If you don't believe me... Just google them. 5-9 employees and 4 to 8 of them are Hosseinali's. You have to know there is something wrong when the only people you can talk to are Jon, Josh, Justin, Jessica... see the trend here? and they all have the same last name... Once you get that far take a look at their LinkedIn page. I could rant for hours but instead I am taking my business elsewhere. LOOK FOR A LOCAL LENDER who offers face to face meetings folks. These guys could care less about you.
