If I could rate my experience a zero I would . I don't think it was necessarily the place, but it was the masseuse that appeared to be angry. My massage felt more like a rub and in the room, she just massaged my shoulders and my legs I paid for reflexology foot massage for 30 minutes and that was a rub I paid for a 45 minute body massage and that was a rub. She wasn't very accommodating and at the end of it she tried to charge me $296.twice although there's one price for the massage one price for the feet.. the last 10 minutes of my massage she left the room to help someone at the front. She came back in the room to rush me as if she needed a room for the next Customer, then she cut the timer off so my massage was not only horrible, but it was also incomplete. Visited the business again after more than a year from the last visit after my regular massage therapist canceled my appointment for 4/4. I was hoping for a better session this time around. Booked online with a therapist who was advertised as English speaking but spoke little English. She stopped working on me three times to talk a coworker in their native language. Two of the conversations were held when the coworker actually came into the room to talk to her while I was in the session. They were quite loud and disruptive. The third time the therapist left the room taking the clock with her. So I know when my time was up I didn't get the full hour. She tried to sell me on essential oil rubbed into my skin but I declined knowing it was an extra cost. She did work hard, but overall the technique was poor. These therapists are not high end professionals. Lots of coconut oil and hard rubbing on the skin, but no serious movement used to manipulate the muscles. And due to the language barrier you can't communicate with the therapists. Basically this business is just an assembly line so if you're not looking for a high-quality massage for a fairly low price this is the place to go. But if you want a quality high-end massage you're goping have to look elsewhere and pay the higher price. read more

Let me start by saying the massage was awesome! Deep tissue/professional/clean/quiet. During the massage, she asked me if I wanted an extra 30 min for $30. I was under a time restraint and couldn't stay another 30 min. I said 'no thank you' to the extra 30 min. Of course, I wasn't checking the time so I had no idea how long things were taking. Who this is suitable for: Individuals who need general pressure to their body to alleviate tension with no preexisting medical concerns. While it may be a relaxing environment, the work is not done by skilled professionals. If you are fluent in Chinese Mandarin, you'll fit right in. Who shouldn't come here: Individuals with medical issues where you think massage solves all your problems. While it may solve some of your problems, the staff here barely speak 'basic' English' so they won't understand your precautions if you have a medical condition. Chances are if you said "I had hip surgery, don't touch here" they won't understand that. read more

This is one of the all time worst massage places. Got a massage there a number of months ago. It was not good but it is also less expensive than other places. I didn't go back but I also didn't leave a bad review. Long story, short - decided to give them another try but didn't even get a massage this time! Piecing it together (the massage therapist spoke zero English and didn't have a translation app) I think they overbooked and even though I was undressed and on the table, they decided to give preference to the couple who came in after me. I kept asking for a blanket bc is was effen cold. Lots of talking on the phone and then she told me I had to wait around 15 minutes. Still no blanket. I got up to get dressed. The massage therapist wouldn't leave the room. Now there is loud, fast talking on the phone. I just got dressed in front of the therapist bc she would not step outside. I normally enjoy shopping at the Paddock Mall and find the store and kiosk employees to be respectful and helpful. However I experienced a disturbing interaction on 1/03/2025 and wish to warn other shoppers. I was followed and harassed by a male employee at the massage kiosk in front of the Bunker 27 clothing store, which I'm told is an extension of the Chi Reflexology massage parlor elsewhere in the mall. This employee repeatedly tried to convince me to buy a massage despite me telling him "no thank you" very clearly, and followed me away from the kiosk. He motioned as if to touch my shoulder as I walked away with my back turned, and did not desist until I raised my voice to say "no thank you" very loudly. This interaction made me extremely unsafe, especially since I had my two young children with me. I have informed the mall security office and the general manager of the mall of this incident, and am posting here to notify the owner of the kiosk and massage parlor. I was not able to see a name tag on this employee, but I observed that he appeared to be in his 60s. I hope that this situation will be dealt with appropriately and that nobody else will be harassed. read more

Nobody in there speaks English. The therapist didn't understand what I was there for and her boss was so frustrated she began yelling at her. I sat down and the massage began, no questions about what area to target, what was hurting, nothing. The "therapist " was busy on her phone checking it and at the same time checking to see if her boss was coming. She actually jumped at one point when another therapist came through the front area on her way to check a client out . I asked that therapist if she had a price list of back massages gesturing to my back and she said "you back hurt?" running toward me like she was going to adjust my chair. Horrible! Stay away. No one speaks English and I mean that in a way you literally can not communicate. Literally. They don't even understand you pointing at the photo of the services on their own menu. They don't know what the photos mean. It's a lovely setting and an absolute shame. I went solely for detox foot bath and decided to get massage and reflexology too. It was only at the end they pointed to me the foot bath being turned off. Not that I wouldn't have stayed anyway but that would have been nice to know when I was pointing at the foot bath picture several times and they kept nodding the heads saying later. Lady working on me was lovely enough but to have her chit chat with the other Chinese workers like it was a nail salon really wasn't conducive to a nice relaxing massage setting. If I didn't have a proper full body massage planned the next day, I'd have been more disappointed than I was. A total sad shame as I would have been a weekly customer. Yes, the English is broken but this is an Authentic experience. My wife and I truly feel the staff tries to make your experience worthwhile. I've been to this location twice now. The first time was nice. The ladies who work the location don't speak English and they didn't have anyone running the location who did. You had to call a number to have them in turn call the massage therapists to tell them the service you want. The massage itself was great. The original massage was so good it inspired me to book a second spa day to bring my friend who was visiting from out of town. We got there early and were seated right away. My friend had someone helping right away - I on the other hand waited for a while. So long so that the massage therapist helping my friend started screaming at the other massage therapists to come help me. This lead to a 10-15 minute screaming match between the three therapists. This was one of the worst spa experiences of my life. 1st they couldn't figure out what our Groupon was for (even though they're the ones that create the deal.. it was supposed to be for a 30 minute foot detox and a 30 minute foot reflexology) they had no idea what the detox was for so they said they would do a 1 hour reflexology. They are not qualified or licensed in this and DID NOT do reflexology but instead did a basic pedicure foot massage. They use a cheap cream that's not luxurious feeling at all, they never cleaned our feet, just laid us on these uncomfortable beds with a cheap towel over our waist as a blanket then started rubbing our feet. They were talking to each other the entire time and the place opens up to the mall so you can hear everything. One lady came in to get a massage and they had to stop to talk to her then they stuck her in a room and never told her it would be a 30 minute wait. They just have curtains hanging for rooms so there's no privacy. This place is an absolute joke. Save your time and money!!! read more

My only advice to the business owners is to pay attention to the request of the customer. Initially there was some confusion as to what type of service I wanted.
