Very out of touch with our culture and how to behave professionally. This place was good when Lily and May ran it professionally and gave great massages. I went regularly for about five years. Gina was also a good therapist too. Now it's ran by other people and I had a bad massage from a younger Asian girl who was reckless and kept hurting me with her incorrectly done stretches and walking on my spine and lower back which are dangerous areas. I kept saying "ouch" but she only would laugh whenever I said "oww" then when I was paying she had a spoiled brat fit with many upset facial expressions cause I only tipped $25 on the $120 bill plus they charge $5 extra for using any card. They prefer cash which only shows further how out of touch they are by putting a target on themselves to get robbed for encouraging cash in their business. They have their tips set to choose on their payment display starting at 30% then 35% then 40% and the young unprofessional girl kept telling me in very broken English that I'm supposed to choose from those tips, not choose to customize my own tip and she had the audacity to keep reversing the screen back from my custom tip to the 30% that she insisted! The middle aged Asian woman who was there came over to see what all the fuss was about from the younger girl and the middle age woman was more reasonable and allowed me to leave my own custom tip. We did a last minute full body massage for my mother and I for Mother's Day!! It was amazing. We called around 11:30 for a 2pm appt. It was a bit hot in the main hallway but don't let that fool you, when you get undressed and under the thin blanket to cover up with it is the perfect temperature. We did a 40 min full body with a 20 min foot massage. There's a $5 fee if you use a debit card so our total was $145! They were very nice and allowed us ample time to get undressed and lie down on the bed/table. The table had a hygienic liner on top of it, the establishment was clean, and they washed their hands before and after service. The hot towels they used on our backs and feet were fresh and hot. This is truly a deep tissue massage, and my mom and I both with fibromyalgia felt much relief. Make sure to hydrate after wards and take deep breaths during. You might feel a bit dizzy for the first few minutes after getting up from the increased blood flow alone! It was a very enjoyable experience and the ladies were very kind. Wasn't the typical "dig in and find everything that hurts" type of massage. No rushing of the customer to get the clothes off and then on, no rushing through the massage... Very attentive people in this shop. It almost seemed like they really care. There was a lot of friction and stretching moves used. Not a whole lot of deep tissue or trigger point. I might have actually fell asleep at one point. Good thing I left my wallet in the car ! LOL !! Very comfortable, soothing and well decorated environment with non-cheesy music. Prices very reasonable. Would I go again ? Sure... when I want a relaxing massage and not trigger point or deep tissue. read more

I have been traveling around the country for the last year and one thing I miss is knowing where to go get a good massage, especially one where are you don't need an appointment. After lucking upon this establishment and getting a wonderful massage by Lilly, I knew this would be my go to massage place while I was in the area. I have since had massages from all of their staff and they are all wonderful! I was only planning to be around for a couple weeks, but extend it for a month and now into two months. I have to say I truly believe this massage place is one of the reasons I have chosen to stay in the area so long! Yesterday after leaving my massage I noticed my bracelet was missing and went back about an hour later to get it. They did not find it but someone was receiving a massage in the same room I have been in. Their entire staff and owner, looked diligently for my bracelet. they felt so bad when it did not turn up quickly. I told them not to worry about it it really wasn't that valuable and I was not concerned about it but they took my number down just in case it turned up. They text me later that night saying they were so sorry they had looked everywhere but did not see the bracelet. We had a pleasant exchange and I told them not to worry about it, and to sleep easy. I was not concerned about the bracelet at that point. The next day I found the bracelet and immediately reached out to them to let them know it had been found. They were so grateful I had let them know, and happy that it turned up. They did not want me to think I was one of "those" establishments. I absolutely would not and did not feel that way. I have had nothing but great experiences, here and highly recommend anyone go. Just please make sure I have my walk in appointments available when I come LOL! read more

Worth every penny! My husband and I had a couples massage here and it was so amazing. The staff was really nice and understanding when we were running a few minutes late. We were able to book the same day and were flexible for us. It was a great surprise when they brought out hot stones for our basic full body massage. I have never been to a spa where this was included with the basic package. We are most definitely coming back soon! Also note that the address on Yelp is incorrect. I have had a massage from Joann, Lili and May. Each of them have a similar (to most of the Asian massages I've received) yet unique massage technique. Joann has the strongest/deepest massage, Lili is next and May has the lightest massage while still loosening and relaxing you. Joann REALLY worked the kinks out of my back and legs. Be careful with telling her you want deep! I will return and give them each a couple of more tries before I pick a favorite, or I might end up putting them on a rotation. I was pleased with the massages I received from each of them. Their English is pretty good, they all have a great sense of humor and seemed to enjoy talking when I had questions. Otherwise they were quite and concentrated on the massage. They offer massages, couple massages, foot massages and a variety of skin services.
