We provide an outsource construction estimating service. Many clients like us to provide the quantity take-off compilations and then insert their normal company pricing structure. This enables them to lighten their load and free up some time while still maintaining a comfort level as business as usual. Other clients request us to apply costs to the estiimate. We'll use either the company provided price structures or the RS Means National averages adjested by zip code.

History

Established in 2009.

We began offering construction estimating services in 2009 as fill in a niche we saw in the market place. Prior to offering our estimating service we are 4th generation general contractors with roots dating back to it's origin in 1903. This enables us to apply our a century of experience which serves out clients well.

Meet the Business Owner: Robert C.

RobeChianelli has an extensive background based on years of experience in all varieties of projects; including federal, municipal, commercial and the residential sectors. Work includes new construction as well as property conversions consisting of abandoned mill/factories and historical buildings restorations, multi-family housing, historical reconstruction, and exterior/ interior designed build-outs. He has also completed units provided for both commercial and residential space for the community. Mr. Chianelli has fulfilled all levels of origination and bidding processes for a wide range of major construction projects and their associated contracts. He has directed & provided critical technical input, and facilitate all aspects of estimating, blueprint interpretation, costing, work-in-process monitoring, and quality control on several simultaneous projects as well as supervised and directed the efforts of field superintendents and subcontracting teams of up to 200 multifunctional tec
