He had trained my brother in law a few years back and the results were impressive. I wanted the same and he agreed to train me at this new place called the Underground Fitness Studio. The first thing to know is that this location shares the parking lot with Chase bank. It's also important to know that it's OK to park there because they are a tenant despite the fact that the signage everywhere says chase bank parking only. The second thing to know is that Verizon cell service anyways stinks because it's underground. In the short time I had with Adrian, I did begin to see results! I lost about 10 pounds and I was heartened to learn that despite the fact that Adrian was moving to Florida, he was placing me in the very good and capable hands of Danny. Folks, I have tried personal training on and off for years now and never have I had such good results so quickly. Not only that though but now that I'm working with Danny, I really see the difference a dedicated and caring trainer can make! Danny is brilliant! He started with an assessment and it is obvious that he cares so much about not only the success of the gym but for the well being of his members! The pictures I am posting are from Adrian's going away party... and while I have seen Danny running anything from training camp for kids to small group classes and personal training the one constant is him regularly going above and beyond the call of duty. I came in Saturday for Coach Lacey's class 3G (treadmill, rower & strength) class and the front desk team was welcoming, finding my membership and getting me signed into the class. The soundtrack was very high energy and Coach Lacey was educational & intense, keeping me motivated through a great workout that got me in the orange and red zones. Like the OrangeTheory I go back home, they also had a wellness popup, with The Perfect Poke giving B12 shots. All around an excellent workout. So glad to be an OTF member!

It was just right for me. There's cardio machines, strength training machines, plenty of free weights, dumbells, etc.

I decided to get a gym membership at anytime fitness, because my health insurance allows me to go…read moreto multiple gyms. Plus I wanted an option in case I had to fight a case of insomnia and couldn't go to sleep, and I need it to work out in the middle of the night. This anytime fitness is located near the Village Crossing Mall, off to the side on Central Avenue, away from the other stores. The person who registered me was super nice and friendly and gave me a tour of the place. The size of the gym is somewhat small, I would compare to a couple steps up from a hotel gym but slightly bigger. In terms of the equipment, it has several cardio machines, and a few squat racks, which doubles as a bench press if you set the height and bench properly. There's also some free weights, and free benches as well. What I look for at a gym is a place to do squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press. Everything else is a bonus. They do have several machines, but nothing too serious for a good leg workout. But overall it gets the job done. There is no locker room per se, but there is three private bathrooms, which includes a sink, shower, and toilet. Overall, I would go here and recommend, if you're looking for a place that is 24 hours, but not as busy like an Xsport, with average equipment.
