You ever have somebody call you a dirty name after they took your money, told you to kiss their azz, spit in your face, then pat you on the back like you were pals and walk away with a smile? Well you might get similar customer service here. Just talk to Ben! I paid roughly $32/item for an embroidery There were 7 total items 4 had an issue Loose treading, wrong color embroidery , re embroidered item with obvious stain from previous threading, stain to a brand new item they accused you of soiling. Wasn't my first purchase. I've spent about $1000 in the past few months as a small business. Ben was pretty obnoxiously rude and disrespectful. Came in wasn't feeling well After losing my grandmother, aunt cousin and friend in the past two weeks. I just left. My items are still damaged But Ben says they were satisfactory and he's not discussing it!! I came in here looking confused trying to get work pants and some name embroidery on my shirts and Elizabeth came to my rescue, her customer service is top notch. Make sure you ask for Elizabeth when you go there. All the staff are very courteous and ready to help with my needs. Don't come here if you're not a cop or something along those lines because they won't care about providing you with the results that you expect. I came here to simply have a personal hat embroidered with my son's name, I paid and waited 50 minutes only for them to hand it to me with a letter missing. Then they apologized (fine, it's okay) they tell me they have to re-do it so I tell them I'll come the next day. I just came back and they handed me the hat and with one letter, which is for his middle name .. crooked and not lined up with his first name. Money wasted and time wasted. The single one star rating I give this company is for a member named Tyler who heads the embroidery room and who expedited my project graciously and very well indeed. He is probably the jewel in the company. But it stops there. And the unfortunate part about stopping there is that this company has a monopoly unfortunately in that they are a uniform supplier of which there are very few which means they can, and without conscience, run the business in a very unprofessional and and unpleasant manner. On the two unfortunate times I had to be there, it was clearly obvious that every employee that works in the front and I mean every employee without exception, gives credibility to rudeness, being brash, unpleasant, and even downright nasty. When I went back the second time to pick up my goods, I saw how badly treated so many of the patrons are and this review is really for all the companies that send their employees to the very nasty place. You are setting your new employee up on a very bad tone by having subjected to this really dreadful environment. And unfortunately for them, new or current employees of a company who have to go there, they have no choice! read more

DO NOT GO HERE.*** I came to get towels monogrammed and they monogrammed it too small. Said they couldn't take it out, but put another monogram on other side for $20. Also, a customer rep said "I'm put off by this" and walked away. So not only terrible customer service, but also charging me for more bad service. This place is horrible and only cares about money and not their customers. Stay away from this company who cares more about money than the service they offer customers. I shop at the Chicago Uniform Company in Chicago on Roosevelt Road for all of my work needs and the service is absolutely exceptional! I visited this location on Tuesday, April 08, 2024 and was assisted by Ms. London and another younger gentleman. Ms. London was superb with her fabulous customer service and her knowledge was exceptional. I had a massive list of required items needed and she was assertive and very personable. She assisted me with such confidence and showed me the majority of all the particular items needed. Her knowledge was quite apparent as she automatically knew about other options that may suffice or be needed and I so appreciated that. From this visit and other past visits I can speak with confidence to say if you want quality and PERSONABLE assistance with your shopping needs, you definitely should make this location your must go to store. Came here to have a stole embroidered for a graduation photoshoot that I had planned. I let the clerk know exactly how I wanted it and she wrote it down. When I came in to pick my item up that I paid over $30 to have done on my lunch break, i noticed that the letters on my item were facing the wrong direction. The first person I spoke to stood there holding my item and basically said there was nothing that they could do because the material was too thin. I voiced my frustration and after standing there for 5 min, the employee said he would go to the back and ask his manager what he could do about it. 20 min go by... nothing 30 min go by... nothing Finally the owner comes out and instead of having a "I'm sorry that this happened to you, what can I do to help make this right" attitude like a good owner would have, he basically told me that I was lying and called the representative who took my order (who wasn't at work that day) on speaker phone in front of me IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE STORE to confirm it. Publicly embarrassed, at this point it's my word against hers and of course she'll say she didn't make a mistake to save her behind. I told the owner that I don't want to get anyone in trouble I just want to have my item done the way that I asked and go on about my day because I'm on my lunch break so what can we do to fix it. A bit later we finally came up with a solution to put a patch over the Incorrect stitching and stitch over the patch. To give the store credit they did fix the error free of charge and the work does not look bad. This entire experience turned into a huge ordeal that it did not have to be and I spent over an hour in the store because of a lack of professionalism. I understand that you all are not in the business of customer service, but to the owner, if you're reading this please do not put another customer through this experience. train your employees (and yourself) to always put the customer first & try not to publicly embarrass them especially when you charge $30+ dollars for a few words of embroidery. read more
