The glasses were an additional $210 on top of the other fees. They only have high end frames so just be prepared or don't come at all. Just buy glasses online fam. In this economy outrageous. The people were nice but I was not expecting $330 price tag. A redeeming quality was the service. Everyone was kind and explained what was happening. I mostly have a gripe with a lack of transparency within the medical industry.

After 3 phones and tomorrow being THREE WEEKS, I STILL have not heard from their office AT ALL. Today I called a final time and was told by the receptionist that it wasn't "a doctor day," that Courtney isn't in, and then told that Dr Earls would be out ALL week for Spring Break (NOT what the receptionist originally said). I'm obviously being given the run around, and after spending close to $1,000 for their overpriced glasses and sunglasses at my last appointment. Dr Earls is excellent...IF you can see her in person. She doesn't return phone calls, neither does Courtney, apparently, and the receptionist doesn't seem to want to help pass on messages, as she gives the run around when explaining where the two primary employees are at any given time of the workday. After years with this company, and already being frustrated with the high prices, this was the final straw. Our family will be finding an optometrist and eyeglass company that respects and corresponds with customers in a timely fashion. I DO NOT recommend DePoe for these reasons.

The car looked better in person than in the photos and since we were driving it so far home they had the car checked over by a professional auto repair shop to ensure it was ready for a 900-mile road trip, and it was. I had no problems driving it home whatsoever. Don't let the distance from this dealership keep you from buying from them. A vehicle is a large purchase and it's worth a little driving to get something you can depend on. We will be on the lookout with them when we get ready to purchase again. I highly recommend them!

Our attempt to return was quickly denied. Manager said no, then said exchange for other merchandise. But restocking fee is 20%. High delivery fees high disposal fee for old sofa. Reason for return attempt: Too soft and stitching on front edge of cushions cut off circulation. Firm on day one and really soft after a few days. Was most expensive sofa in store.

I needed a specific time frame and that was because I was working. I received an estimate of 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. which was perfect because I could get home from work. I requested the last delivery. I started getting phone calls at work at 11:15ish asked again to be put on the last spot for delivery. I got a lot of negative responses from the delivery team. My salesperson followed up and called me around 2:00 p.m. and said that the delivery would take place at 2:15 p.m. which was perfect. When I arrived home they were putting my mattresses on the front door area. It's a good thing I showed up at 2:15 or I would have had to bring the mattress in by myself I think I'm the customer and I paid for this mattressand I had a specific time frame because of my work schedule. I think next time I will go to a store that can give me the delivery when I am able to be home. There was no flexibility.
