I've never agreed with this merchant but they've won me over today, why do I say this? 1, I do not agree with the Sunday thing and hearing of their potential race issues. This is the best run Chick-fil-A I have been to, and I have been to many across the United States. The owner seems to hire the right people. They always take care of me. If there is an issue ,they quickly correct it. Even though the lines are usually long, the wait is not. I usually order ahead and my food is ready in a few minutes. You can even pick your order up in the drive-thru online order express lane. This is great for people who only have a few minutes for lunch. This location also offers delivery. They have their own delivery cars!! You don't have to go through 3rd party companies for delivery which is nice. I think that saves everyone money. The food here is also great. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you like fruit, they have one of the best fruit bowls for fast food. It actually has good fruit in it, not the cheap Cantaloupe and honeydew filler. There are also chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and soup. Oh! And don't forget to finish your meal off with an ice cream shake or warm cookies. If you order a kids meal, they get a toy. If your child doesn't want a toy, trade it for an ice cream. You can't go wrong! Remember! Download the app and earn rewards. You even get freebies from each restaurant you visit from time to time. This Chick-fil-A is going down hill. It's sad. Today I stopped in for a Cobb salad and a half sweet half unsweetened tea. I had to wait a fair amount of time for it to be as wrong as it was. The drink was wrong Arnold Palmer-yuck!). And my salad had no cutlery. I asked the food handler for cutlery and she brought me a spoon. I don't know if it's a language barrier but I had to pull my food out of the bag to show her it was a salad before she brought me a fork and knife. Plus there were no crispy peppers for the salad. Normally I would just chalk the mix-up to them being busy but, they weren't. This is also the third trip in a short period of time that something has been wrong. I had to weave through the drive through traffic to get to the door. I ordered a large #7. $14.42- the fries were stale and of no greater quantity than a regular size. This is the second time I have ordered to pick up and when I get here, no one greets me, and they literally have my food sitting there waiting in the bag. They have about 6 or 7 people around the window and I'm sure they see me but no one comes to me to see what I'm waiting for. When the manager finally comes from the back, she asks what my name is. Overpriced and under-delivered! The ONLY sandwich I like here is the Spicy Chicken. They charge extra for cheese (which I understand), and they also charge extra for lettuce and tomatoes (which I don't understand). So all you get is the chicken on a limp bun with 2 measly pickles that you can't even taste, and you pay $5.50 for that... NOT worth it! Then the shakes are also 5.50, so I thought it would be in a larger it 24 oz cup. But it was in a tiny 16 oz cup. The shake was delicious, but seriously overpriced! Decided to dine in since I wanted a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a milkshake and didn't want to carry it home. The soup is excellent. The broth is seasoned just right, lots of chicken, noodles, carrots, onions and celery. Chik-fil-A has some of the best milkshakes in Columbia. The peach milkshake actually has tiny pieces of peaches mixed in and is so tasty. The restaurant is clean, the staff friendly and efficient. My order was quickly delivered to my table. The manager was seated at anear by table doing paperwork. At least three employees approached her, and they all seemed to have a respectful, friendly comfortable relationship with each other. I am a chick fil a fan and travel a lot. I have been to many locations and have a very high opinion of the food and service. I was surprised at the service I got at this location. Iyanna was very polite and receptive and I enjoyed our quick conversation. She did great. The other staff including managers appeared more concerned with schedules and stories than the customers waiting for their food and drinks. I observed 5 employees standing around conversing while we (multiple) customers waited for our drinks and food. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the system or something which I could understand if someone would have simply taken the time to address all of us waiting. I did not complain while in the restaurant but felt the need to let the owner know. I hope this is not the typical service as it is not standard for chick fil a. This was probably the worst experience we've had at a Chick-fil-A. We purposely seek out Chick-fil-A restaurants when we're on the road because they are always clean and fast. But today, I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich and half way through my sandwich I noticed a funny texture. I pulled out a piece of plastic out of my mouth ! (Pink item to the left). Against my better judgement, I thought "hey, the threat is gone, I can continue to eat it." (I was very hungry as I got off work late and wanted to get home quick). I took another bite and was a little more hesitant. The second thing I pull out of my mouth, was a wet napkin. I used one of my Gift Certificates at this Chick Fil A on Garners Ferry Road earlier this week and was very satisfied. First, even though I went inside to order and carryout the flow was very good even though the drive thru was very busy. I don't remember the young Ladies name (Tall African American) but she was VERY nice. She gave me a water with lemon while I waited for my order. I applaud this franchise for its excellence in Customer Service and the taste of the food. Sometimes when I drive by coming from church on Wednesday night there are still cars lined up in the drive thru. Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail still work these days. Really annoying when you have to stand and wait for your food when they ask you whether you'd like dine in or carry out. I asked for dine in but still had to stand and wait for carry out line. Do better Chick-fil-A! Also 30 minutes from start of waiting in line until I got my food. I've had an awful day and decided to cheer myself up with Chick-fil-A today. I pull up to a worker in a yellow vest and roll down my window. She's wearing a badge that says something like "trainee" but I didnt catch her name. As soon as I pulled up, she raised her eyebrows and gave me a blank, bored stare. As soon as I started talking (I was hesitant because she said nothing and didn't let me know if she was ready to take my order), she giggled under her breath and rolled her eyes. I felt very uncomfortable and stuttered my way through the rest of the order. When I asked for a Diet Coke she laughed? I have no idea why. Lucky for me this chick-fil-a is right by my house. It's freshly rennovated and absolutely stunning on the inside. Great play place, great service and as always great chicken. Double drive thru parking lot is an added perk. It's still usually faster to go inside but they will take great care of you no matter what. Be careful in the parking lot as it can be a little tight. No, you can't upcharge your Hash Browns to waffle fries. (Thats their signature Potatoe) No, we don't honor seniors with a small discount. (They do North East) And a few other no's I don't thik I'll mention. The sausage burrito was wrapped tightly with the contents not evenly distributed. Sausage on one side, eggs on another side with two chunks of red bell pepper thrown in. They respect no coupons. They were nice, millenials are in charge, I could tell by the noise in the coubter and kitcgen area. Look, the food is fresh and everything seems orderly enough but I don't think ill visit this one again. I see that the business is directly reflective of the owner. Six months ago they ruined my order so I gave them a break. Tonight I go back and they didn't get it right AGAIN!! HOW?! I asked for a spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack (which is clearly printed on the bag) and a large fry. I asked for no salt on both the combo fries and the large and was denied. THEN I get around to get my food and they go around me to serve the person behind me when my food was clearly sitting there and all they had to do was hand it to me since I was in front of the order behind me. They did all of this only to hand me an order that wasn't right. No cheese on the sandwich and a large fry but not the combo fry. Then instead of fixing it in the spot regardless of what the bag said (because someone heard me say large fry since they gave it to me already) ALL of the teens at the window gone tell me well it doesn't say a large fry...and a combo fry...yet I had a large in the bag...the customer service and attention to detail there is degraded. It's over very simple things that they mess up and instead of fixing it they argue you down. NOPE!! It'll be more than six mos if ever that I come back to THIS location. I very rarely get in the drive through line at Chick fil A. My family mostly uses express or mobile ordering or even Door Dash. Today I made a spontaneous decision for a peach milkshake and market salad. No problem giving my order. I asked for a 2nd salad dressing as is my norm. When I was given my meal with a smile, I noticed only 1 salad dressing. I asked for the 2nd and another assistant said "ma'am that costs extra." I said " I had no idea - the limit is 2 online ordering and the girl in the drive through line did not charge me or ask about an extra price." she told me this was standard policy when you dine in. I told her I still wanted the extra salad dressing and she said it was $.28. I promised I looked in my pocketbook but I couldn't find coins - I had used my card to pay. I told her she would have to charge my card $.28 and she took my card. The fella at the window grabbed a second dressing and I said "are you really going to charge my card for the $.28 dressing?" He said "no" and returned my card. This was the right thing to do but the assistant was not happy I didn't have to pay. The moral of the review is that if surplus charges exist they should be collected upon payment!! read more

I frequent this Chik Fil A and by frequent, I mean like 2 x a week. I have always had Amazing service. They really are well equipped to be incredibly busy at lunch time also. I went during my lunch hour once and went through the drive through. The line was wrapped around the whole store and in the street. I was out of that line and on my happy way in 6 minutes thanks to the employees taking your order way before you even get to the speaker. The food is always hot and fresh and tasty. Service is ALWAYS with a smile during lunch. At night the store isn't quite as efficient, but I'm there mostly during lunch I'd recommend anytime. read more

We stopped in to the restaurant today to grab lunch while passing through the area. What a disappoint to the Chick-fil-A name this store is. We placed our order of 3 kids meals and 2 #1 combos at the inside register. When our food came out, there were only 2 kids meals, my friend told the employee who rang us up that we had orders three. He and another employee attempted to look back over the otder, stated only 2 were purchased and that we would need to buy the third, so we did. Once we were finished out meal and back on the road, we looked at the receipt and noticed that we did in fact pay for 3 kids meals intially and then paid for one again after being told we hadn't initially paid for it. We called the store and were told that there was nothing they could do since we paid in cash. Other disappointments for the night included a chicken sandwich that only took up half the bunch, a bun that looked like it had been pounded down with a hammer, fries that were Luke warm and a dirty bathroom. When I went to try and exchange the toy for a book for my son, since he was too young to be interested in the dice, I stood at the counter as several employees milled around, seeing me and continuing to not offer assistance. I was finally asked if I needed help and was given a book that was all wet on the outside packaging. This store definitely does not fit what you expect from a Chick-fil-A store. I most likely will not be back next time I am in the area. I'll stick with PDQ whose stores are clean, staff is friendly and helpful and food is always hot. read more

We love our Chick-fil-A breakfasts! It's a tradition for my high school aged son and me! We have been here almost every morning for more years than I can count. Not only is the food great and consistent, but they know us by name. It's like seeing family every time we walk in! My son is a senior this year so I am savoring our morning breakfasts together now more than ever. The owners and managers have a superb team of people working here. Always friendly and ready to help! The feeling translates to the customers because everyone is happy here in the mornings. In our fast-paced culture where social niceties have gone by the wayside, they still exist in little enclaves.
