Do not use the mobile drive thru!!!!!! It takes 5 times longer..... you guys have been warned!

Absolutely terrible. Mobile drive thru is a nightmare. Goes much slower than regular line!! Should not take 30 mins to get food at a drive thru. I watched employees go back-and-forth to cars because original orders were incorrect. I didn't get a straw for my drink and fries were only half full in container. Poor. And there should be a way to get out of line if necessary.. read more

It's really really too bad nobody at this Chick-fil-A *or* Chick-fil-A corporate apparently gives a tinker's dam about service any longer. For this location, they've gone from 5 star reviews to lots of 1s and 2s for a couple of simple reasons. Chief among the issues is the speed of service now - or lack thereof. This restaurant was consistently fast and always accurate with orders in the past. Once again, after leaving a sub par review, I gave them another chance today. By 8:15 in the morning there really shouldn't be a backup of vehicles in both the drive thru order and the line for cars using the app. (BTW, it's totally a roll of the dice which line will be faster - don't depend on it being whichever one you're in!) But yes, one again there was an extended wait in both lines. When we finally got up to the window , we were handed our drinks and the food and we pulled out. It goes against my grain to be 'that guy' who jacks around with his bag and drink without moving the car. Once we got on Germantown my wife finally found straws in our own glovebox after GETTING NONE for our drinks in the bag! (Just once, I'd like to haul one of these clowns at this Chick-fil-A out of the restaurant and make THEM have to keep a full cup without spilling the drink in traffic when THEY are forced to not have a straw) But I digress. It was a simple order. Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and a plain biscuit with strawberry jam. Guess what? NO jam in the bag. And yes, strawberry jam was plainly listed on the bag's label. Go back and tell the manager, maybe? RIIIIIGHT. If the manager cared at all, employees would be trained - and expected - to to it mostly right. At this lousy place, you're lucky if you get your order right 50% of the time. Simply put - this location is STILL lousy. Lousy owners (who don't care enough to hire decent managers), lousy managers and lousy employees. NOTE: try calling this joint to complain and you will get gray hair waiting on them to answer the phone. AVOID this place like the plague!! read more

Came here to order a chicken sandwich combo. Food came out in timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was somewhat busy inside during a rainy evening. The meal was great : fries were crispy and sandwich tasty as usual. The restaurant was clean and staff were refilling condiments and napkins. Will come back for sure when in the area. read more

They just renovated the drive thru and it's STILL NOT efficient because the lines are still longer than Winchester (any time of day). Don't even bother ordering mobile thru if you think it will be faster... only good side is 99% of the time they'll get your order right. read more

Ordered mobile drive thru, item was not available after reaching pickup. Order refunded and replaced with another order. Parked out of line on curb, no priority for their order mishap and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Unacceptable! Last order here, drinks were flat upon arrival at home. So I use the app not only for the convenience but also so I can acquire my point easier rather than trying to keep up with my receipt. Additionally, I thought that ordering through the mobile app would be quicker because my order was already placed although it won't be started until I get there but at this particular location I've noticed that while I'm in the mobile app line I for some reason get parked on the curve because they give the food to the car behind me before me not trying to be selfish, but on top of that I'm literally sitting in the mobile order line now and the regular line has been moving substantially and I feel like the mobile order line is being more so neglected their prioritized please fix this read more

The service at this restaurant has really dropped. Placed a mobile order this evening on the way home from baseball practice and walked inside once the app said my order was ready. Walked into the restaurant and they handed me my order and left off the 5 drinks that were ordered. I asked about the drinks and they rechecked the ticket and proceeded to start on the 5 drinks. On top of that, the sauces I selected were not all in the bag. It was around 7:45 and I should have completely checked the entire order at that point for me and the 4 kids I had with me but it was late and I was just ready to get home. Got home and they left out a chick Fil sandwich. Tried to call the restaurant over 10 times and no one answered. So much for customer service. Second time shorted order. This time we dined in and when we didn't get all of our order I asked where it was and had to ask three employees before one got it. I asked the second one for the manager but he or she were not around. Then we paid extra for lettuce on one sandwich and they put a spoiled leaf on it. I typically do not have issue with this location. However, the last two visits within four weeks have been subpar to the brand. Today, I ordered a Cobb salad, no bacon to realize once home that the salad lacked any meat despite the order being printed correctly. The prior visit ended after 50 mins at the drive-through to be told they're out of Cobb salads. They took over 20 minutes to complete my order while everyone in line behind me in the drive thru had to wait as well. Additionally, when I received my order, it was incorrect. Chick-fil-A is a Fast Food Restaurant Chain (in at least) Memphis TN with Excellent selections of Chicken (small bite-size, medium several sizes, and Large bundled with sides like cole-slaw, corn, fries, mashed potatoes etc) with both Dine in & Drive thru options. Food Qualify is Top Notch and Ease of Access is Great with different Lanes for Takeout or Drive-Thru. Have to give Chick-Fil-A High Marks for a Fast-Food Restaurant. read more
