Terrible service now. I work close by so me and my team go there all the time. Was amazing and then the team changed up and now it is the worst Chick-fil-A around. I tried to recommend my girlfriend to go here so she can try it and they messed up on the order and she said the chicken tasted bad. I ordered food for the team last week and they messed up and gave me chips instead of fries. So I tried calling and of course they didn't pick up because they never do. So I left a message and they TEXTED me instead of calling me and saying sorry and asking how they can make it up. So I talked to them for about 3 text and they stopped replying. I even texted again and no response. So I drove up there and got some food and while I was there I asked for a manager. When I asked the brat at the window "is there a manager here" she said "sure" and turned around and said "who wasn't to act like a manager" who says that. I wasn't rude at all to her and she rolled her eyes and made me feel like I was the problem. After talking to the manager he said the can only give free fries. Why would anyone want to eat only fries. When I left I notice they forgot the straw... so had to walk inside to get a straw. I feel like this Chick-fil-A is going down hill now. read more

Staff wasn't they typical Chic-fil-a quality. Indifferent. No "my pleasure". Play place was seriously dirty, chunks of hair in places. Restaurant it's self wasn't clean either, bbq sauce under our table. Maybe I am used to my home location but I would never go back to this one. read more

I normally don't write reviews but I'm truly pissed off at this location... Ive been coming to this location for last two years and they've messed up my order several times so I call and they put my name on the "list"... I came here on the 12 of May and ordered breakfast for my family and the didnt put my juice in the bag nor did they fix my sandwich right, as usual I called they put my name on the list... so today I come to redeem my order they messed up just to find out my name didn't get put on the "list". The chick in the drive thur tells me your name isn't on the list and you don't have the receipt so there's nothing I can do now if it was just a piece of cheese that they forgot to put on the sandwich I'd let it go and pay for the food I want... so I tell the young lady that's not my fault I paid money for food and I didn't receive it so we go back and forth back and forth... so to get me out of the line she tells me they're going to replace it so I parked like they asked they only bring the sandwich out and I asked her where is my drink and my tot; you know y'all messed it up so yall need to clean it up for me to come back here so the manager tells the cashier we're only going to replace the sandwich... needless to say I get on the phone with corporate and inform them of the situation and I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION... Maybe I shouldn't come back to Chick-fil-A because if I pulled my bank statements out I spend at least 10k here at Chick fil a hands down... my complaint was noted by a chick fil a customer service representative and I update my complaint if anything is done about this situation if not then no chick fil a read more

A friend of mine in Seattle drove two hours to go to a chick fil-a. She was from Texas and missed it, so when I was in Texas I had to check out a chick fil-a and see what the deal was. The chicken was okay....basically like a McDonald's for chicken, but the peppermint chocolate chip milkshake was amazingly delicious! All in all if you haven't been to chick fil-a just grab a milkshake and some yummy waffle fries and skip on the chicken. read more

This Chick-fil-A is brand new located next to the Grapevine Mills Mall. What is best about this place is it is located within walking distant from my apt. The place is very modern and the service is always great. I come here regularly and the food is fresh and comes out with in 5 minutes of placing my order. read more

This location refused to accommodate my sons food allergy. I requested no marinade on his grilled nuggets which every location we've ever been to, other than this one, has been able to accommodate. Stay away from this location. Poor customer service and long wait time to be told they refused to do something that could have easily been done. read more

Clean, clean, clean! Chick-Fil-A is known for their delicious and fast food, but this restaurant excels upon that. Even if the drive thru line is wrapped around the building, you can have your food within 5 minutes and be on your way. If you choose to dine in the restaurant you will notice how clean the area is! Rude employees that don't pay attention to the orders and get upset when you bring it to their attention. Was waiting at the window after paying for about 5 minutes while they were just standing around with the window open laughing and joking around. They finally came back to say they were waiting on the nuggets. They gave me my order and I noticed the market salad I had asked for was actually a spicy salad and I asked him if this was the market salad and he said yes. I decided to look it up to make sure and sure enough it wasn't the market salad. I parked and went inside and told the white young guy that was at the counter (part of the group that was laughing) that they had given me the wrong salad. He just grabs it and goes to the fridge to get me a market salad and just tosses it on the counter. I then asked him if it was spicy chicken because that's what I paid for and he just shook his head no and went back to grab the right Salad and then again he just tossed it on the counter without saying a word. This restaurant was filthy! And I mean disgusting! At least 7 tables were covered in leftover food and sauce smeared on the tables. We had to clean our own table. The women's restroom had ZERO toilet paper. Staff wasn't friendly, never came around to check on us, refill drinks, like my normal chick fil a. I will never go back to this location. read more

I probably will never go to this location again... I came in contact with one of the managers that i would say was very rude unprofessional and racist... I work at the mall and normally eat here and buy my associates gift cards for rewards. I came in and asked could I get four 5 dollar gift cards and the lady asked for my id I looked and said ma'am this is my store credit card me giving you my id will show no proof that is mine. But I do have my store keys and my store tshirt on that should let you know that I'm a work there. But she said they always ask for id when it's a high dollar amount gift cards. I made a funny look because it was only 20 dollars that I was spending. Side note: I have and other managers that work here have brought over 50 dollars worth of gift cards and they have never ever id them but she choose to Id me. On top of that I brought a meal and I looked inside my cup and it was bugs inside..... please look at your drinks before drinking there. They do not clean their ice. read more
