Drive thru remains a concern despite repeated calls made to the manager around delivering wrong orders or having items missing. Food quality is still decent while the staff is friendly (but they often forget to check the order before delivery). They get the orders wrong almost half the time I go there. No one checks before delivering in the drive thru. Neither the manager or the owner cares. I have called them multiple times around getting the orders totally wrong (Southwest salad instead of Cobb salad, grilled chicken instead of spicy chicken, missing fries). I appreciate the owner giving younger workers the opportunity to work here but at this point, even the dumbest AI model would outperform these school kids. read more

After my review i was disapponted that it mentioned someone would be contacting me but it didnt happen! Its now been about a month with no response! I've been a Signature Member forever and currently have 15,000 plus points which we havent used! My negative experience was just going to their register and trying to Redeem my free Birthday Reward of a brownie which was going to expire! When i went to the counter there were 2 teenage girls just standing there talking to each other. When i showed them my phone and my birthday reward they said it didnt show on their register ir whatever and couldnt give it to me! FYI: I could've cared less about the free brownie because i was giving it fo my husband anyway but it was their snooty attitude and not even trying to ask some other chick fil a employee for help to satisfy a longtime customer. This Chick Fil A Operator needs to be more involved and be more aware of the people he hires. As a former owner of a business in Park Meadows Mall in their Food Court right nexr to a Chick Fil A i experienced the kind of people they hired. I was so saddened to see how an older woman was treated by the manager, Hannah. She spoke so poorly to her as the employees were laughing, hanging out, not paying attention to customers. The older woman was working on the register as the other teammates ignored the customers. I asked to speak to the manager as she was talking to her friend and she said "in a minute." While this wasn't my favorite Chick-Fil-A meal of all time (my nuggets were kind of rough), the fries were good, I liked the coffee milkshake, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were as friendly as you'd expect at a Chick-Fil-A. I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A for a few months now at least once a week for breakfast. the food is good and the workers are nice, but they are always so extremely slow and if there's already a line at the drive through you will probably be sitting there for at least 20 minutes. sometimes the dinning says their open but they won't come unlock the door so your forced to go through the long and slow drive thru. there have also been instances where they wouldn't take peoples orders at the ordering screen, wouldn't answer if you said hello, and wouldn't open the window. I was forced to sit in the drive thru for an hour because they wouldn't answer to anyone and there were cars in front and behind me and the only way to get out was to drive over the curb. overall the food is good but the experience in the morning is not very pleasant or something I look forward to. read more

Dirty floors, 18 year old supervisor(jonathan) being a total jerk to the cashier when she asked a question in regards to making sure my order was dairy free(i have a milk allergy), and then this same smug kid can't even give me a real reason for why they can't cook my french fries well done /extra crispy. The only grown adult in the building brought me my food so i asked for an actual explanation as to why i can't have my fries cooked to a proper texture to which he said "corporate said it's bad for the oil." The hate towards the LGBQT community was already enough to not want to support this company but now they wont even do food the way we want it either? Never again. Edit: Just got off the phone with corporate and they denied having anything to do with the decision to cook fries well done, that it doesn't affect the oil at all, and that it comes down to the decision of the individual owner. Quick drive through which is surprising for any Chick-fil-A ever. The person taking the orders at the drive through was really thorough asking if we wanted different cheeses and options I've not really considered. Only car in the drive through and we did have to wait a couple of minutes for the food. We pulled up and they asked if I was someone else. I'm in my mom's car and they said her name. I'd be really freaked out if Chick-fil-A was keeping track of license plates and car owners. That was too creepy. My biggest qualm at this location is the quality of the food. The fries were overcooked and rock solid and my lettuce was black/slimy. Unappetizing. I literally had to stop eating. Not going deluxe ever again and probably not stopping in at this particular location. I was going to opt for Wendy's, but I'd literally never seen a Chick-fil-A drive through empty during lunch. The owner has always done such an amazing job finding courteous, well mannered employees who are genuinely friendly and seem to actually care about providing good customer service. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the situation anymore. I went through the drive through last week and was so shocked and offended by the way I was treated I decided to call and complain to the manager. Unfortunately as soon as I was transferred to the manager I realized this was the person who took my order. I was told that the owner doesn't ever come to the restaurant and that there was no way to get a message to him. I decided to try the restaurant again this morning for coffee thinking that maybe I just caught them on a bad day but this morning was even worse. Very sad to see. This location used to always be on point, but lately they are having a lettuce issue. The lettuce comes with the sandwich black and slimy. I have told 2 managers. One met with I see the problem and I'm sorry and remade the sandwich no problem. The other told me I was wrong and it's the chicken wilting the lettuce. Only 2 cars were ahead of me and I didn't see enormous orders being passed to them. The coffee was super bitter and filmy. We went inside to see if we could get something for lunch, the employee heard our conversation and said they would make us lunch even though it was breakfast time. The one star is for the really nice young man who helped me place my order in the drive-thru. However, this is the first time in my life that I have dealt with a rude manager at a Chic-fil-a. I have never ever written a review before for Chic-fil-a because I have always experienced the best service. This changed about 15 minutes ago when I got home and realized that I was given the wrong sandwich. I called and spoke with Andrew who said he was the manager. I explained that I only called because I paid more for the chicken club than the regular sandwich and I received a cheaper sandwich. Andrew said I have to come back tonight or tomorrow to get another one. I explained that I work two jobs and can't come back until Friday. He said I have to come tomorrow if I want my correct sandwich. When I asked for them to just give me the difference, which isn't much for the upgraded sandwich I paid for, he said they can't do this. When I asked what they can do he was rude and said I either come tomorrow or they can't do anything. I asked for the store manager and he said she wasn't there, then rudely said, "I'll do one better, I'll give you the owner's number." He gave me a phone number for a man named Chris and I left a voicemail. We will see if I hear back, but the 3 stars on Yelp is the lowest I've ever seen for a Chic-fil-a, and now I know why. I DID see someone cleaning the playplace area like inside the tubes! So as a father of two small kids Myself and my insurance deductible appreciate that. Also it seems that the front end is always short handed. I'm sure there's a reason for their staffing model but always seems like less people on front end than other locations. This is the least friendly CFA I have been to. They are not apologetic when something is wrong ---like when I have to drive back from home with my take out order while my family eats so theirs doesn't get cold. I have learned to always check your food - including unwrapping everything to check for accuracy - before leaving the lot. I have watched curbside food get cold and had a very frustrated customer come in for it. No one helped her so she just took the cold items and left. She said she had been sitting in the designated spot for nearly ten minutes. We choose other options in the area when at all possible.
