We stopped by here for a quick lunch and there was a line. However, it moved very quickly and even though the place was hopping the staff took time to clean the tables, which is unusual for a busy fast-food joint. The food was cooked right and the staff was courteous. They had an interesting way to run the drive through by having people meet you at the car instead of going up to a machine to talk, which we noticed helped the line to move out there too. If we are in this area of town and looking for a quick meal then this place will be one of our great choices. read more

Always a great experience morning, noon or night. This location especially seems to have a great staff and takes the time to not just be friendly but sincere. I have seen several times where team members who are busy still take notice of families that might need assistance and go out to the dining room to help. My only comment -- this places is a bit too popular at times. I would avoid the drive-thru during peak times and recommend parking just outside their parking lot. This place usually is good but sometimes they will stiff you on your meal. This time they barely filled our large fries. Half the reason I go to Chick-fil-A is for the fries and sauce, and to pay extra just to get less than a normal fry is absurd. My girlfriend pulled the fries out and I thought a handful had fallen out in the bag. Nope, they are just half filled. I'll drive to another Chick-fil-A from now on. A week and a half after leaving this review, against our better judgement... we stopped by this location because it was very convenient. Ordered two nugget meals. This time the fries were acceptable, but they gave us one nugget and one 3 piece strip? It even says on the receipt a 8 piece nugget meal and a 12 piece nugget meal. This location has really lost it. Honestly, this place is not it. The employees are so rude it's ridiculous. The food has been fine but don't ask for any special requests if you expect them to be 1, accommodating or 2, kind about your request. When your employees are speaking poorly of your customers (BEFORE they've left), you should do some staff re-evaluations. Being a former Chick-fil-A employee, I've always expected more so that may be where my complaint stems from. But considering a much better location with kinder staff is less than 10 minutes away, these people should step it up. read more

Chick-Fil-A is great, expect this one. My orders are consistently wrong! My entire family has stopped ordering breakfast from here because it's wrong 8/10 times. We rarely get what we ordered, because of this we travel to another Chick-Fil-A who always makes our orders correct. Along with that when we called to discuss how our order is wrong the managers are very unhelpful. I will continue to order from other Chick-fil-A's just not this one. Maybe they could get some people from Georgia to come train their staff so the store operates at the standard the Chick-fil-A brand is known for. What a disappointment. I've been to plenty of chick-fil-a's and normally they are some of the best fast food in the business in every category. This particular location was poor poor poor. Being from the south I look forward to sweet tea, and luckily that was good. But that was about it. I got a number one, as I always do. The sandwich was only ok. It clearly had been sitting in the wrapper for quite some time. The normally wonderful waffle potato fries ranked right there with the sandwich--not fresh. I arrived for lunch right at 11am and I was practically the only person there. Maybe 4 tables were taken and during my 20 minute stay, maybe 5 people came in. They had alot of people working, but from the looks of the cleanliness of the place you'd think it was very busy and understaffed. There were crumbs everywhere... on the counters where you order, on the tables where you eat, all over the floor.. you get the point. I know Chick-fil-a is a good place for kids, but seriously. A little clean up would be nice. The windows throughout the entire place had hand prints all over them. During such a slow time with so many employees not doing anything you'd think someone could go around and clean a little. On top of this, the workers weren't as friendly as I'm accustomed to in other Chick-fil-a's. No smiles here. Just employees going through the motions. I've also been to plenty locations where they have people walking around checking on the customers making sure everything is ok and getting people refills. Not here though. So, dirty on the inside, food wasn't fresh, and employees weren't very friendly. One star for the good sweet tea. Had this been my first experience with Chick-fil-a I probably wouldn't go back. But I've always liked this restaurant. So I will go back, just not to this particular location. read more

Absolute worst Chick-fil-A ever! My fiancé and I stopped there for dinner, and decided to eat in the dining room since the drive-thru was pretty busy. Shelly, the woman who was at the register, was the only employee in there who actually seemed to give a crap about the customers - she was VERY nice and helpful. All the other employees working inside were a bunch of loud, obnoxious teenagers who seemed more concerned with gossiping and screwing around than working. We waited at our table forever for our food, and there were quite a few people standing around looking irritated waiting for to-go orders; they never called our name for our order. Shelly was leaving to go home, and she looked over at us with surprise and asked if we'd gotten our food. I told her no and, bless her heart, she went back into the kitchen to find out what went as going on. She came right out with our food that had been sitting in a bag in the drive-thru, even though there was a big "DINE-IN" printed on the top of the ticket. The waffle fries were okay, but the chicken in the sandwiches was over cooked and skimpy. There was an older man there who appeared to be the manager, but he was completely ineffective at managing the employees that were there. It was seriously like they were running amok and he had no control over the situation. I saw him once motion to one of the employees to stop talking and get to work, and her reaction was to just talk even louder and completely ignore him. After reading other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem at this location. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Chick-fil-A. read more

This is my favorite and most visited Chik-Fil-A in America, due to its proximity to my office. - Clean - Super friendly staff - Decent clientele - Consistent food delivery - Fast service - All the usual Chik-Fil-A awesomeness. My favorite meal is a spicy deluxe sandwich with waffle fries, but recently due to health concerns I've started eating their salads which is very decent. ALso I had a grilled chicken wrap for the first time, and while not as good as a fried chicken sandwich, if you need a healthy alternative it is a good choice. read more

There are exactly two fast food joints in the Park Meadows area-- this Chick-Fil-A and Burger King. Thus, this place is packed with long lines from opening to close. You can't blame Chick-Fil-A for this. The staff is jovial and the food is good. This place is popular... but is it really worth it to wait that long for a #1 value meal? Honestly, it will take you less time to hop on C-470 and drive 10 miles west to the Chick-Fil-A on Kipling (then back). So unless you're REALLY hard up for your chicken sandwich fix, I'd recommend going somewhere else. read more

At other locations they have numbers and names. The servers walk around trying to find you. At HR it was the other way around, they expect you to go find them. I've only been here a handful of times, but the staff is remarkably friendly, attentive, fast, efficient, and will give you surprises, like left over (fresh) breakfast burritos if you happen to be driving through for your mother at 10:35a. :) I love Chik-Fil-A but hate their anti-Gay Rights 'tude AND their use of Styrofoam cups (in this day and age?) I took the time to navigate the crazy traffic at this location and then park in the grocery store lot. I walked through the maze of cars and entered the building to order inside. When I approached the counter they said they just closed inside and wouldn't serve me. It didn't say anything on the doors and there were people waiting to get their orders. I asked why and they just said we are closed Inside. By the way, this was at 11:20am just as the lunch rush was happening. I couldn't believe I made my way inside through all the craziness outside and they wouldn't take my money. They could have served those of us who were inside and then locked the doors. (Not to mention that my previous order of two meals a couple weeks before was also incorrect.) Called the store immediately, explained to them the issue and asked for the owner. Was given his cell phone number. After multiple attempts of reaching out to the owner, I called the Chick-Fil-A cares line. After placing multiple calls to them over a period of two weeks looking for some assistance, the operator finally EMAILED me back. In his emails he would not own the issue and was overly patronizing. Further conversations with Chick-Fil-A has yet to yield anything. To be noted: Chick-Fil-A will not help if the owner chooses not to handle his issues. 50$ worth of wasted money means nothing to this company. Regardless, whether or not the customer asks for help. True shame that customer service and responsibility really does not matter to this once great company. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I've been a whooping 5 times to this chick-fil-a and they have somehow managed to mess up my order EVERYTIME. After about the 3rd or 4th time they messed up my order my girlfriend posted a yelp review and a manager for the store Grant contacted her very quickly. Grant was very polite and was honestly the whole reason we even tried to come back a 5th time. Grant offered us a free sandwich next time we came in but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again and didn't use the free sandwich. I ordered what I always do #2 no pickles and when I got the box it said "no tomato" so I went inside and asked the manager for a sandwich with no pickles but he was distracted and took the sandwich. When I got the sandwich back I figured they had fixed everything but when I got home there was pickles all over the sandwich. I'm done coming to this location. ALL OTHER CHICK-FIL-A'S ARE GREAT! I've been to over 10 locations around Colorado and this is the only one I've consistently have a problem with. read more
