How can driving to the drive thru lane become a maze? That's the least of my worries on this trip. Chick-fil-A take CARE of your employees! It's 100+ degrees outside and all you have to offer is a cold drink for them. How about a canopy, a fan with a mister, a neck cooling towel to get this heat and sun out of their face at the drive thru window. I'm in awe when I saw that and voiced my concerns to the employee out there. At a different location they didn't turn on overhead fans because the manager there said it's too loud to hear the customers. I was speechless when the employee told me that. The wait time for placing a pick up order is horrible. I came about two weeks ago and had to wait 15 min for my order. I clicked "I'm here" on the app, went to use the bathroom and wash my hands and my order still wasn't ready. I got an email offer that I'd get 50 bonus points for my app order with drive thru pick up. The line is so freaking long! And I've waited for 15 as of writing this review and I'm pretty sure I'll need to wait 5 more. Not even a free cookie for my wait. :/ Maybe have a line for just mobile orders. Restaurant floors are filthy, service is slow. Tables need to be cleaned and station for napkins, straws, forks and knives is lacking supplies and is also dirty. I worked here back when I was 17 (my first real job) and i am now 26. I was able to see how the food was made and that is the reason why I love this place. Everything is made fresh. They squeeze the lemons and batter the chicken every single day. I have been complimented many times for my great customer service and it's all because I learned it from this amazing place! Grabbed something for lunch on my way to work this morning. Very happy they actually have grilled chicken nuggets, an excellent alternative to the other guys fried battered nuggets. Also got a salad with fruit and grilled chicken in it as well. Staff taking my order at at the window were extremely friendly and courteous A+ for that. Went to this Chick-fil-a on Labor Day. Due to Covid-19 where, no one could go inside, the drive-thru line wrapped all the way around the restaurant. The food quality is always consistent. Got the Southwest Salad and a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Both were excellent and for the number of people in line the time in line was not as long as thought it might be. Good training is always shown by employees. They make you feel like you are their special guest! read more

Waited over 30 min for an order Via curbside. Kept seeing cars come and go. Kid kept bouncing around asking if what he has was my order. It wasn't. I repeatedly asked him to check on my order. He failed to do so. Asked why he was bouncing around instead of just matching order to curbside number. Said they have to cater to "flashers." If that's the case, why offer curbside numbers? Went to front and another one asked what my order was had to prove to him 3 times that I did order correctly. Another 10-15 min and I finally got my order. What makes this a 1 star is Mart Speer, the one responsible for this location responded to my complaint with a coupon for a free brownie and nothing else. I hate brownies and that doesn't tel me anything about how my future experience will be. I said I wasn't going and I'm not. My family had to experience this and they also refuse to go. This location and it's "leadership" is a joke. Laredo chooses to remain a failure. read more
