As much as I like Chick-fil-A, this one was a huge disappointment. It was so dirty in there. There have to be 15 employees behind the counter with one of the shortest lines of traffic in the drive up, that I have ever seen. Somehow no one is cleaning anything. In the ladies restroom, the hair and dirt is clogging the drain between the two ladies stalls... Trash on the floor which spills into the lobby area. Come on Chick-fil-A you're better than this. The tea and on spicy deluxe sandwich was good. Then I went to bite a frie and there's a black fine hair on it. I was so pissed off all the money I spent and being hungry and this chic-fil-a is always wrong. SMH before I tried the macaroni and it was dry, then for breakfast I had a bowl and got no chees and maybe three scrambled pieces of egg. I feel ripped off going here and I won't anymore. Writing a review this low of Chick Fil A is difficult because I love it so much. Growing up in SC I've been a regular as long as I can remember. That ring said this particular chain regularly fills the waffle fries 2/3 of the way up. At first I thought it was just a one time deal and then I starting asking other people and they agreed I was getting cheated. Even if you pay for the large they don't fill it all the way. Time after time after time so I'm thinking the management has instructed employees to do this in attempt to increase profits... I frequent this location and I'm rarely dissatisfied, the only thing I have to complain about is that they don't fill up the fries. Also, the fries are rarely hot. Conveniently located off of MacArthur freeway exit and near the OKC airport and hotel row. It has a drive-thru and since it's fairly new, the interior was clean with modern decor. Notably, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were upbeat when taking my order, asked specifically how many sauces I wanted, took away my tray when I was done, checked on me at my table, and even asked if I wanted a refill of my drink without having to get up. As for the food, loved their fried chicken strips, dipped in Polynesian sauce. Yum! Each bite of chicken tasted tender and juicy. At under $4 for a box of three pieces, it didn't hurt my wallet. Stuck me up with a large bill for a root canal and services. I suggest you take a petri dish with you when eating a "boneless" chicken sandwich and chew slowly and carefully! Zero stars! One if the cleanest ones I have ever been too!! The service was friendly, nice, and even helped my wife out by carrying her tray to where I was seated outside with our dog.
