    Pick up counter

I didn't realize this was not a standalone location but I was already in the parking lot so I placed an online order and headed inside the mall. The line much like their drive-thru lines was long. Thankfully I didn't have to wait I just went straight to the pickup area. They gave me my food order after a few minutes -- 5 minutes tops. Unfortunately, my drink took what seemed like way too long for a beverage. The temperature of my food dropped by the time they gave me my drink. This was after asking a few of the workers about my drink order. Once the crowd died down they turned their attention to me and gave me the smallest cup I've ever gotten for my lemonade. This will be my last time at this location! I would rather leave to find a standalone location than ever spend my money/time here. It's a mall food court what can you really expect? The stand-alones have much better service and kinder workers. These people do not reflect what I'm used to experiencing at Chik-Fil-A. P.S. The look of the lemonade was a bit concerning there was an unusual amount of pulp in the regular vs the diet one which had virtually no pulp at least not enough for the eyes to see. They also gave me a smaller portion than I'm used to for almost $5 they didn't bother even filling the cup all the way. ( I waited about 15 minutes for it) P.P.S. Chik-Fil-A is currently giving away free nuggets for the app users! Ends on 08/24/2024 so get yours while it last.

I don't know what changed but they were not as quick in getting food out like they used to. There were a lot of people standing around waiting for their food. The condiments are on a table which is roped off to the public. You tell them what you want and they give it to you. There were a lot of employees working behind the counter which was very cluttered with supplies and other items which were not actual food. My husband had asked for extra pickles on our sandwiches which was reflected on the receipt but when we got our food, we saw that one of the sandwiches had 4 pickles and the other had none. My husband had to walk back up to get his pickles and it seemed that none of the employees wanted to help him and actually ignored him. He finally got someone who grabbed a container of pickles for him. We also noticed that there were several flies in the food court area and especially near Chick fil A. When I got a refill and was putting my lid on the new cup, a fly almost flew in my drink and I had to shoo it away. I am not anxious to return and would rather go to the new location in Davie which is much closer to home.

Out of the dozens of chick filas I frequent, by far the worst. Can someone please interview these associates before they start working. Place always has multiple lines with no one directing, trash all over, associates standing around, and somehow the food isn't even up to par.

    Mac and Cheese

The mac and cheese was horribly burnt. Cant believe I wasted my time and money for this burnt shit Looks like they gave me the bottom of the mac and cheese. It was inedible and DRY.

Oh how we adore Chick fil A! Today we tried the Chicken Mini's Waffle Fries, Egg White Turkey Sausage Bowl. Our location was in Tennessee but we didn't want to miss the opportunity to complete a great review! Try it out!

Truth be told, I love a mall food court. There is something about it that brings back so many childhood memories. We all had times in our lives when we spent hours at the mall, right? Enough about me, let's talk about Chick-fil-a. Located in the Broward Mall food court, this probably is my favorite place to eat in the food court due to its consistency and customer service. The food itself is like every other Chick-fil-a, if you like it at your location then you'll like it here. My order is always right and provided to me as quickly as possible. The ordering process can be a little chaotic. There seems to be multiple lines- those who need to order and those congregating around waiting for their lunch. You never know who's in line and who isn't. The poor cashiers are constantly yelling and waiving people over to order. Once you've ordered, you've become that annoying person congregating somewhere in the middle, probably in someone's way too. Hopefully you hear them call your name because it can get loud in the area. Note: if you're dining in, the employees will come out to the food court and refill your beverages and take away your trash which is very nice of them. If not, they'll be happy to give you a refill at the counter. I guess they really mean it when they say it's their pleasure.

Damn shame and it's grease soaked

The restaurant is inviting and spotless, with cozy booths on one side and tables for walk-in orders. The menu is straightforward: choose between half or whole fried chicken or wings, with options for bone-in or boneless, and spice levels ranging from mild to their special spicy sauces. The food truly impresses. The chicken is perfectly fried--crisp without being greasy, tender, and packed with flavor. It's a clear step above KFC, Popeyes, or any American fried chicken chain. If you're a fried chicken fan, I highly recommend giving this place a try--you won't be disappointed.

Parking can be tricky in that plaza. Everything was clean and the server was chill. He gave me some recommendations that I enjoyed. As for the food. This is some crispyyy chicken. The wings I got were steaming hot when they came out and they tasted as if they were freshly made rather than just reheated. The flavors to me were just right. I also got the kimchi fried rice and it added a nice level of comfort to the food. Initially it seems like this may not be enough but it was more than plenty. Serving size and flavors were there. I'll have to come back to try a different flavor of wings and see if they're still made nice and fresh or if it was a coincidence for my first time.

However, the older african american gentleman with glasses and a head covering appeared to be in a bad mood and decided to take it out on me. I asked for a dark meat chop chop. He indicated just as he walked away to the register that there is no pita bread. I stopped for a second to think what else i can get as a replacement, especially since i'm paying for pita bread and would like some sort of substitute. As we get to the register he seems even more frustrated and I apologize to him and ask if there's anything we can do instead of pita bread since there's no pita breads He says no. Sorry, too late. Luckily there was a woman who comes over and takes care of the situation and offers tortillas instead. I wish i got her name! Hopefully, I have a better experience next time.

I have never felt so nickel-and-dimed over a piece of chicken in my life…read more Watching them prepare the chicken was honestly shocking. They take a chicken breast, cut it in half, then take that half and dice it into such tiny pieces that it looks like they're trying to create the illusion of a serving rather than actually provide one. Those tiny scraps are then scooped into a measuring cup and presented as if you've just received some generous portion. The amount of chicken they give you is laughable. What pushed this experience from disappointing to downright absurd was when my husband asked for a little extra chicken because, unsurprisingly, the portion wasn't enough. The employee rudely informed him that getting the OTHER HALF of the chicken breast would cost an additional $5.00. Five dollars. For the half of the chicken breast that had already been cut away. I actually thought she was joking. Imagine buying a sandwich, being served half of it, and then being told the other half will cost you another five bucks. That's what this felt like. The entire experience left me feeling like the goal wasn't to serve customers a satisfying meal but to squeeze every last dollar possible out of them while giving as little food as humanly possible in return. The portion size was embarrassing, the upcharge was outrageous, and the attitude we received when asking a simple question made it even worse. Restaurants raise prices all the time. Most customers understand that. What customers don't appreciate is paying full price for what feels like a child's portion and then being treated as unreasonable for expecting more than a handful of diced chicken fragments. If your business strategy is to dissect a single chicken breast like it's a priceless artifact and charge customers $5 for access to the missing half, you've completely lost the plot. Without question one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had in Davie.

Parking was very easy to find and there is a nice amount of signage to find this place without getting lost at all. The interior was very nice and decked out in New York items. I loved that the TV they had in the place was playing old style teenage mutant ninja turtles episodes because who else loves pizza more then them (and me). The tables were nicely spaced out and there was a few other people waiting for their orders so it was a little busy. I did have to wait longer then expected and got asked multiple times what I was there for so the communication amongst them was a little rough but all of them were very friendly. I decided to get a pizza and garlic knots. Their 6 garlic knots are about $7 dollars. They were very good but I do wish they had a little more oil on them because they were a little dry to me. The pizza was very delicious! A 12 inch pizza was $17 for a plain cheese. The cheese was melted wonderfully and the crust had a nice crunch to it. my only thing was I am not a fan of sweet sauce and this pizza has that flavor to it. it was good but I don't think I would order a pizza from here again, personally. It is also a thin crust style, again which I am not a fan of, but was tasty nonetheless.
