This year has been hurdle after hurdle, and after going from a staff of four to a staff of one, one employee has returned and I'm slowly digging myself out of the hole of these tasks," Along with note of intent to refund for my patience. September 3: Items arrived September 8: PayPal posts notice that money refunded So, as you see, bumped it up to 3 stars. Still not happy about missing that card for the event. Seems that during the pandemic, customer service with any internet order is 100% hit or 100% miss, not just here, but any internet order. The shop is full of charm and so many things you don't see anywhere else. I found the most beautiful kitchen towel with a Scandinavian design that I couldn't resist, plus a bag full of unique Finnish candies that became a hit at the reunion. My husband was thrilled to find a new sauna bucket--he's been wanting to upgrade for years. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

We grabbed some assortment of chocolates. I tend to like darker chocolate treats. It's almost too many options here. Dining in the back part of the store. The animal covered chocolate was not as good as it looked. Just tasted like a steel cracker encapsulated in chocolate. None of the chocolates that I grabbed, and I had quite an assortment or special to me. The only one I liked was the dark chocolate with a caramel. Every other random dark chocolate piece I grabbed was just OK, but not special. A little disappointing after spending almost $37 on a variety of different chocolates.

This place we thought was very friendly when we went in, the lady asked if she could help us and we…read moresaid yes. We told her we wanted the 2020 hitchhiking ghost ornament, she said she was just unpacking the ornaments and she would put one aside for us when she got to it. We were happy and told her we would pay for it now and she said no I will put it aside again for us and to come back in a couple of days. We went back in a couple of days(2) and a different lady said there was no more and the two that they received were spoken for! This was totally wrong and I hope it wasn't because of me being hispanic! The other lady was so nice but I felt like I wasn't welcomed by the second lady. I do not like racist people and that's the way second lady made me feel! SHE WAS VERY RUDE!!!!
