When I went in yesterday the lady in customer service said "she would let the store manager know". Man lady I'm not incompetent, we both know you aren't going to do it. No worries, I intend to call tomorrow. She said the "new people this and that, forget to take off the tags, blah blah I stopped listening because she was just making excuses." I spend a pretty good amount of money at kohl's so, yes, it makes me upset when I have to take time out of my day that I really don't have to do something that someone else should have done but failed. & then to be treated like I'm not being inconvenienced is the worst part of it really. Maxx's merchandise for home decor, gifts and trinkets except more unique and a tad bit more expensive. But I love anything unique that's not mass produced with that unique personal touch. But a lot of their merchandise are marked higher than most places. They have a nice variety of selections from jewelry, to baby gifts, home decor, snacks, cute pens and pencils for the office, etc...
