Wow, I don't know where to begin especially when I think about the history I had with this takeaway last summer. The food was generally at the same level as last year which is very good. I was very content with my order and they made sure my order was correct. this was expected as the service I used to receive was impeccable.
On the other hand I'm afraid to say that today's service was absolutely atrocious. I was told that they take card payments and I went to order my food after ordering he then told me that I'd have to pay through the site so he said hell send me a link. He didn't ask for my number and then continued to collect orders over the phone. After waiting I then gave him the number and received the link to pay for the order.
Unfortunately, the link wouldn't work due to the lack of reception at the shop which isn't there fault I then asked for the Wi-Fi password of their shop they then told me they didn't have Wi-Fi when it was obvious that I did. So I waited and it took me 15 mins before the transaction could go through. This whole time the order could've started being made. after he took my order he took everybody else and begin to do delivery orders. There were some people that ordered 10 mins after me getting their food and we ordered the same thing.
In conclusion, I'm very disappointed in the service the new workers couldn't clean the dirt off the shoes of the old workers and that for sure. There's a very high chance I will not being going back or bringing my friends to the spot.
