Chicken Salad Chick in Conway is usually perfection. I went yesterday and guess it was just an off day? One girl was running the entire front it seemed and I felt so sorry for her having to manage so much alone. I placed an online order and waited 15 minutes to enter the establishment so that I might just pick it up from the shelf/counter. The online order counter was being used as the checkout main so after my wait I still waited behind a line of 8 people while I saw my order sitting there. This is not her fault it was just frustrating. The food itself though was wonderful and the new Jill Pickle flavor was nice! I did not receive a cookie or crackers which in my long history with the restaurant seems a staple for every order. I definitely have to say I love chicken salad chick it is the best chicken salad I've ever eaten. The variety of choices and fabulous and fits every taste bud. I've had a few of the flavors but gravitate back to the Parmesan flavors and lemon basil. I also love the little cookie that is given with every meal! I participated in the soft opening, so my review is based on the experience and availability of that event. We thought this place was great. All 4 varieties of salad we chose (2 meals with both opting for a second scoop as a side) were fantastic. We tried the original just a basis for comparison, as well as a few of the sweeter options. When I go back, I'll try some of the more savory or spicy options. The croissants they use go great with the salad itself, and the prices seemed reasonable to me. I'm surprised to see any restaurant launching at the time they chose to, but I hope they make it. read more

So they messed up mine and my families orders every single time we went there. Never got anything right. Always missing stuff. The manager offers me a 50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience of them messing up a huge order I spent 50 dollars on. I give them a good month or so to get their sh*t together and my kids asked me for it for lunch today. So I decided sure we'll give them one last shot. I get there order our food and hand her the gift card. She proceeds to tell me the gift card was only for 5 and some change. I immediately got upset. Of course it doesn't. Why would they do anything right? So they owner proceeds to tell me that they don't usually do that and said the manager who gave it to me doesn't work there anymore( shocker..). So she tells me she'll bag up my food after I offered to go home and grab the card holder that said 50 on it. So mind you the owner tells me she's bagging my order so naturally you would think ok there gonna get it right this time....wrong. I ordered 3 little chick meals and they only Gave 2 of my kids a cookie and pickle so now I gave to deal with that....o and i ordered a chick meal and got a scoop and broccoli soup and guess what no soup...shocker....you would think the owner of her own company would know what goes with a little chick meal...and a chick meal. What a great new addition to Conway. I've never been a huge fan of chicken salad but this place here has converted me. Wife and I both had the Chicken Salad BLT that came with a side, pickle, and a small buttercream cookie. We did not leave hungry by any means. You can taste the quality in their food and it's nice to take a break from eating fried everything everywhere else. Inside was very clean and well put together. Glad they are here and I hope they survive the remainder of this covid pandemic. Will be back again soon!! read more

I don't ever want to eat here again.just got the food and one of our sandwiches was missing granit the Uber eats delivery person should've made sure everything was in the bag before they left. Go to the store (granit it's 94 degrees outside and even hotter in a car. So this was my first and probably only time I will be eating here. Serve was ok. The person taking the order was new so we were both learning. I ordered a sandwich that comes with your choice of side and drink and it was almost $15 so kinda pricey but this day about par for course. My biggest complaint is that they charge $1.00 extra for the salad dressing to put on your said side salad. It doesn't say anything anywhere I could see that you would be charged for the salad dressing and it doesn't matter which dressing you order. The amount of salad dressing that I actually got was approximately a tablespoon(not even half of the container that it came in.) I'm sorry. For $1.00 I should get at least a full container. The manger got involved when I questioned the extra $1.00 and at first she didn't know what the charge was for but later confirmed that it was just for the salad dressing. They should either increase the price of the sandwiches or post you will be charged extra if you order dressing for your salads.. The sandwich was ok but nothing spectacular.. If they are going to hide charges I will not be back.. read more
