Tried some different items from the menu this time, and though I love the burgers and steak sandwiches (the better option over burgers IMO), this time I found the beef to be a little salty (it could be because of the cheese and other ingredients that have salt + the salt added in the patty itself) and the chicken tenders too bland. I also tried "Unleash my Hunger" which was amazing (with the mozzarella!). I have tried the pancake burger as well and loved the addition of guacamole. For the chicken tenders, when eaten with a burger, you won't be able to distinguish the taste since there's a lot of sauce inside the burger. However, when you eat the tender by itself, then you can taste the difference. Regardless, I still really enjoyed the tenders. The sweet potato fries and the onion rings were good. The milkshakes are also good, though the strawberry was a little sweet for me. I love the selection and the amount of variety in the burgers. I liked the addition of jalapeño poppers. There is a lot of different types of burgers and sandwiches to choose from, including a mix of beef and chicken in the sandwich. I also like that there's many side options. Would I go back? Yes. Nice and clean inside, the staff was friendly and very helpful with the menu. I decided to get a karaage side dish and a bbq pulled pork sandwich. The fried chicken was nicely seasoned and complimented with the mayo dip. The bbq pulled pork was very tasty but was a bit messy to eat with the sauce and the bun. Overall, I think this place is good and would love other things on the menu especially their milkshakes.

The service was the worst part. The workers in the building were (although pleasant) extremely incompetent, at first we were quite rudely told that they couldn't hear us and that we needed to speak up. Although we were already almost yelling. So WE had to suggest going to the front window. We would have gone inside except for the fact that they were CLOSED due to renovations. AT THIS POINT it is not worth it for the food quality or service to keep the restaurant open through the drive through. After going up to the window and placing our order we asked for the receipt and were denied. They asked us to go around through the drive though again. They told us to get it on the next go around. When they gave us the food it was quite chaotic. We were trying to figure out if the order was correct as we were giving food to some other people with dietary restrictions and sensory issues, but we were rushed out of the line. We parked outside of the place (the drive though was extremely confusing and the renovations made the place dangerous in the rain) we checked through our bags and they forgot a fry and the drinks were the wrong size. As someone who goes to this Wendy's all the time (loyal since before the renovations) it is extremely disheartening to see the state it has come into. We have never had a problem with the food before now. Since these renovations have started we have had increasingly bad interactions with this restaurant. They serve consistently good quality home cooked Korean meals. Last time I went in, I noticed the restaurant was renovated and offers nice in restaurant seating. Meals take around 20 min to prepare, you can call ahead for takeout. The employees are always nice. I got the chicken teriyaki and bulgogi. My fam got the bibimbop and sushi (a newer offer). Meals are served hot and will not disappoint!
